Family- and pet-friendly, 2-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse. Just a short walk to the Village gondola and Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort.

This unit is in an amazing location! It is immaculately clean, large and comfortable, as well as beautifully decorated with mountain charm. The living room boasts a recently-upgraded, 65-inch smart Samsung TV. The Master suite has a 40-inch smart Samsung TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player, and the second bedroom, a 32-inch Samsung TV.

This spacious and comfy townhome is perfect for entertaining and spending time together. The Master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom has a Queen and a Twin bed in addition to an ensuite bathroom. The living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa.

The fully-equipped, open kitchen has a counter with 3 bar stools. In the living room you can cozy up by the newly-remodeled, wood-burning fireplace. Free, private Internet access is provided.

Downstairs, there is an in-unit washer/dryer. The complex offers parking for two cars outside, a Jacuzzi, sauna, and a racquet ball court. This unit is pet-friendly at a required fee of $75/pet/stay.
Two parking spots available. They are both in front of the unit on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Nice place, not enough amenities

Unfortunately there were not enough items for a group that the condo purports to accommodate. Only two paper towel rolls for a 3 night stay with 5 people and 2 pets (as permitted). Maybe 5 trash bags. Pool/jacuzzi towels are not provided and must be requested, the jacuzzi is significantly further than the condo ad indicates, and the property management should be more honest about how long of a walk it really is before people are influenced to rent it. Overall a nice place and location (walking distance to the Village), but the lack of amenities were a disappointment.

Thoroughly enjoyed.

Great location right by the Village and the gondola. Quiet area and easy access. Very spacious and clean. Although it’s a pet friendly property, there’s no smell whatsoever. Well equipped kitchen but if you plan to cook, be aware that all it has is a small bottle of salt and pepper. Beds are comfortable. Clean bedding and shower towels. Nice water pressure in the shower and we had no issues with the hot water. The shower turns on very loudly so it might startle you. I would definitely come back in near future. It was 10 out of 10 for me.

Great Location

Fit our needs well for a long weekend snowboard trip for our daughter and her friend.The only things I could get picky about were:-Pans in the kitchen were a bit old and scratched up (we like to cook).-Master Bath floor very “squeaky”…-Front door e-lock: about half the time after entering the entry code, the front door electronic latch would glow green and make a mechanical sound as if opening, but it was actually still locked, requiring that the code be entered again. It always worked on the second try if it didn’t on the first…

Weekend Trip

We had an amazing stay at this property in Mammoth Mountain! The location was perfect with easy access to the slopes. The cabin was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Incredible location

Was there the weekend of a BIG winter storm. The property was shoveled and plowed about 3 times a day so I didn't have any trouble getting around on foot or in the car. It's a quick walk to the village gondola area to have a meal or shop. Easy to pick up extra supplies even in the blizzard. Condo is spacious and well equiped. I had a dog with me and there was a great little field out back to run and play in the snow at.

Mammoth Cabin

Nice stay. Nice cabin. Smelled like dog urine/feces at first but went away. Also construction til 8 PM in the unit connected next to us. It went on all week long. Other than that wasnt terrible.

Awesome Spot

We stayed here for a weekend at the beginning of May for some spring skiing.. this spot was perfect for 4 adults and 2 small pups. It’s a short drive to the main lodge. It’s super clean, super cozy, and has a nice little fireplace. One thing we loved about it, it was SO quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and very nice property

This condo is perfect. The living area is spacious. Everything that the pictures showed was accurate. Check in was easy. I got a late checkout by following the procedures and requesting the day before. It is not always possible to check out late but we were fortunate. We were very happy with our stay.

MLK weekend stay

What a great spot! Location was perfect to take gondola to Canyon, be able to walk to village for food at night. The ski room was a great touch by the front door. Customer service was excellent, the coffee maker wasn’t working so they dropped off a new one a little later that day. The common space and kitchen were big but cozy. Limited tools in the kitchen but as expected for a rental. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic experience!

I booked this property for my girlfriend’s birthday to spend a weekend in mammoth snowboarding. The space was large, clean and the instructions were very clear on how to operate everything. The unit was also walking distance to the Village Lodge and redline to the mountain making it super easy to snowboard each day. I would highly recommend booking with Megan in the future!

Would stay there again

Over all it was nicer than I expected! Very spacious living area for everyone to hang out and great location. We loved being able to walk to the village. We were eager to check in, and tried the code right at our check-in time. It was either the wrong code or wasn’t active at the time we were told it would be, but we were able to call management right away and they fixed it over the phone for us which was wonderful. I would have given 5 stars but most of the dishes were dirt when we got there (residual coffee in the bottom of mugs and food stuck to plates and silverware). It was easy enough to re-wash them though.

Location

Once of the closest condos to the village, it's just behind the Westin. The upstairs living area is very large and comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms are dated but clean. Bedrooms are downstairs and dark (especially when there's 6+ feet of snow blocking the window). The dark bedrooms are totally understandable with all the snow, but there's hardly any lights in the rooms. The main bedroom had only 2 lights on one side of the room. The outlets on the other side didn't work.

Great place to stay

Had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and the management was very responsive. It was an easy process to check in and the location is great. It’s within walking distance to the village and also mammoth brewery.
