Family- and pet-friendly, 2-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse. Just a short walk to the Village gondola and Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort.

This unit is in an amazing location! It is immaculately clean, large and comfortable, as well as beautifully decorated with mountain charm. The living room boasts a recently-upgraded, 65-inch smart Samsung TV. The Master suite has a 40-inch smart Samsung TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player, and the second bedroom, a 32-inch Samsung TV.

This spacious and comfy townhome is perfect for entertaining and spending time together. The Master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom has a Queen and a Twin bed in addition to an ensuite bathroom. The living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa.

The fully-equipped, open kitchen has a counter with 3 bar stools. In the living room you can cozy up by the newly-remodeled, wood-burning fireplace. Free, private Internet access is provided.

Downstairs, there is an in-unit washer/dryer. The complex offers parking for two cars outside, a Jacuzzi, sauna, and a racquet ball court. This unit is pet-friendly at a required fee of $75/pet/stay.
Two parking spots available. They are both in front of the unit on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The entire process was very easy, I appreciated the management company. The location is great for hitting the slopes, right next to a blue line bus stop or a very short walk to the gondola - we did both.The upstairs main living room is perfect for hanging out in.The jacuzzi is in a weird location that was very unwelcoming, so we past on that. I also wish more places would just stock salt, pepper and cooking oil. This was still a 5 star value and would recommend (unless a jacuzzi is a highlight for you)

Weekend Trip

We had an amazing stay at this property in Mammoth Mountain! The location was perfect with easy access to the slopes. The cabin was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Great place to stay

Had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and the management was very responsive. It was an easy process to check in and the location is great. It’s within walking distance to the village and also mammoth brewery.

Great location, short walk to village. Downstairs bedrooms are very dark, but upstairs living room is bright & has ample room for everyone to hang out.

Mammoth homes are often constructed with the main living areas on the upper floors to get as much daylight as possible. Lower floors can be extra shaded or snowed in in the winter. This is pretty common across all Mammoth area construction (including my home). Awesome Spot

We stayed here for a weekend at the beginning of May for some spring skiing.. this spot was perfect for 4 adults and 2 small pups. It’s a short drive to the main lodge. It’s super clean, super cozy, and has a nice little fireplace. One thing we loved about it, it was SO quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the large living area. Perfect for shared meals, games and spending quality time together. It was a short drive up to the Mammoth Lakes and a close walk to The Village. We had a wonderful time

Excellent location and very nice property

This condo is perfect. The living area is spacious. Everything that the pictures showed was accurate. Check in was easy. I got a late checkout by following the procedures and requesting the day before. It is not always possible to check out late but we were fortunate. We were very happy with our stay.

Fantastic experience!

I booked this property for my girlfriend’s birthday to spend a weekend in mammoth snowboarding. The space was large, clean and the instructions were very clear on how to operate everything. The unit was also walking distance to the Village Lodge and redline to the mountain making it super easy to snowboard each day. I would highly recommend booking with Megan in the future!

MLK weekend stay

What a great spot! Location was perfect to take gondola to Canyon, be able to walk to village for food at night. The ski room was a great touch by the front door. Customer service was excellent, the coffee maker wasn’t working so they dropped off a new one a little later that day. The common space and kitchen were big but cozy. Limited tools in the kitchen but as expected for a rental. Would definitely stay again!

Mammoth Cabin

Nice stay. Nice cabin. Smelled like dog urine/feces at first but went away. Also construction til 8 PM in the unit connected next to us. It went on all week long. Other than that wasnt terrible.

Unfortunately, this guest never contacted our office to give us an opportunity to correct any of these issues. If you have trouble during your stay, I encourage you to contact your VR manager while you are in the property, as they may well be prepared to handle your concerns. We have 18 full time staff members in our housekeeping, maintenance and guest services departments who we can call upon to resolve problems. If this happens, or if you are concerned about problems with a unit you are considering, please call our offices at Mammoth Five Star Lodging. We have staff available by phone or email, 7 days/week, 9am-6pm (Pacific) to ensure you book exactly the property you want and to address issues that may come up during your stay.
