Fantastic Condo - Very Large and in Great Condition. Loved the view!

Fantastic unit, complex and vacation rental. Highly recommend! Communications with the property manager were excellent. The condo is very large, with plenty of room to spread out. Very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Note that the onsite complex office is not open on weekends, so you may need to wait until a weekday to pay the additional parking fee. Gated entry, plenty of parking and well kept grounds. A/C works great, cooler and chairs in the outside storage closet, and all the starter items you need. Very quiet complex, while we were there. The strip mall just around the corner has a great little coffee shop, general store, snorkel store (very helpful people to rent equipment from), urgent care center, and pizza place, among other offerings. Easy walk to the beach and Whaler's Village. Pictures do a good job of depicting the unit, with the exception of the view - which is even better in person (of the beautiful grounds, pool and even a bit of the ocean)! Note, we were a bit concerned about the lack of recent reviews - hopefully this one gets posted and alleviates any similar concerns. Great unit!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay! It was spotless, beds were comfortable, great location and just a short walk to the beach, well appointed and plenty of room for our family of six. We really enjoyed dinners on the large patio watching the sunset and being so close to the pool. When we reached out to Coconut Condos for a few items they immediately responded and had the items in our place within hours. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Find!

Clean, well stocked condo with beach chairs and an incredible lanai. Location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants, without being too busy. Beds were comfortable. Primary bedroom and bath were awesome! We would stay there again.

Great Stay, minor glitches

We loved our stay here. The condo is right by the pool which our kids loved. It is a bit of a hike to the beach, a little bit over a half a mile if you follow the cart path. It’s not bad at all and definitely was worth the savings plus we loved having our own kitchen and the parking was very close and easy to get in and out of. We had a slight maintenance issue with the guest shower, which the part was not available on the island so I was offered a small credit. Those things happen, and I wouldn’t judge this property by that experience. I would recommend this location and property to anyone looking for a space to accommodate kids, parking to get in and out for activities across the island and with access to a pool and grill all near the beach. And its walking distance to a number of beach restaurants and shops at Whalers Village.

Wonderful Maui Condo!

We really enjoyed our recent stay with our granddaughter. This property met or exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect…quiet, yet close enough to walk to Kanaapali beach and Whaler’s Village restaurants. Loved the outdoor lanai and roominess of the condo. If you’re looking for a perfect Maui retreat we highly recommend this unit!

My friend's and I were super pleased with this rental. The condo is even nicer than the pictures, super clean, and pretty well stocked with necessities. The pool on the property is awesome & a definite highlight. I've already recommended this place to other friends planning a trip to Maui.

Great Place

Condo exactly as described. Pool and hot tub right out the door. The location is in the resort area of Kaanapali near the Waler's Village shopping area and hotels. You can walk to the beach or shopping (maybe a 12 minutes walk) or there is a free trolley that comes by every 30 minutes or so. Plenty of room and very clean. Highly recommend.

Perfect

To start- Cheri was overly generous with us after rescheduling 3 times due to Covid. She would always refund my money until we found the right time to come here. Cant thank her enough. As for the unit, it’s EXACTLY as described. It was perfect for our family. We have three teenage girls and the pullout in the living room was fine for one of them. The living area is very large and the bed was out all week. Never got in our way. The walk around the golf course to get to the beach is the only thing that we weren’t found of but we also knew going in it was a 10 min walk. However we weren’t spending every day on this beach so it was worth being here. The pool isn’t giant by any means but it was NEVER crowded. Again we weren’t sitting around a pool all day but it was nice to go out there after a days activity. There’s a hot tub too. This place was absolutely perfect for my family of five. Laundry, kitchen, plenty of towels, 4 beach chairs, etc, etc made our vacation very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Perfect place and location

Everything was great, location to Kaanapali beach was a 10 minute walk, pool was right outside the back lanai and driving distance to other nearby tourist spots (like downtown Lahaina) were close by. Condo was decorated nicely, beds were comfortable and furniture for seating was perfect (also nice large flat screen TV in living room). Only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a grill on the back patio lanai (only had 1 grill at the pool working due to Covid so had to wait to grill when someone was using it). No worries though since your on Hawaii time :) Cheri was great in responding quickly when needed. Thank you for letting us share your wonderful home for 8 days! Mahalo.

The perfect condo for our stay on Maui

We were so pleased with this condo for our stay in the Kaanapali area. The layout was great providing plenty of room for all of us, there were more supplies (kitchen, beach toys etc) than we had hoped for, the property manager was very quick to respond when we had questions, the properties pool and bbq area was great and we loved the relaxed atmosphere/vibe of the overall complex. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay

The property is as advertised. 10 minute walk along pathway to beach or Whaler’s Village shops and restaurants. Large covered lanai that overlooks pool and golf course. Pool is steps away from back door and lanai. We liked that there were beach chairs available in the closet. There were also blow up tubes and lots of beach sand buckets and shovels and boogie boards. Kaanapali beach was beautiful. There was a stand up fan for every room and the a/c worked well throughout the unit. We did have trouble with the dryer at the end of our stay, but I’m sure the owner has taken care of this. They were very responsive when I emailed.

Ideal Location

This unit is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time on the Island of Maui. Located on a beautiful golf course and just an 8 minute walk to either the beach or the shops at Whalers Village. Located within a block is the Fairway Shops. A nice little strip mall with a coffee shop, deli, grocery store and very reasonable place to get a message. The unit is well stocked with comfortable beds and and a great outdoor space. The pool is just down the path right out your back door. (Most units you have to walk around from the parking area to get to the pool) There are tables & chairs under cover to play games or visit with friends. The BBQ area is there as well. Access is secure and very easy to get in and out of the facility. Cheri and her family have made this unit very cozy and relaxing to live in. The owner was extremely easy to work with and advised us well in advance of any happenings going on at the facility. My wife and I have used VRBO for all for all our traveling needs. This condo was on of our favorites and compared to other units in the facility was by far the best choice!

Great spot

This complex is really nice with a great pool and views. It’s across a fairway from the beach and Whaler’s Village shopping as well as the large resort hotels. The units are large with a wide Lana’i. This particular unit has a great location and view and is comfortable. Great owners. Cheri is very responsive.
