The spaces in the unit were pleasant to hang out in. We were traveling with another couple, so the fact that each room had its own full bath suited us well. We also used the washer/dryer and were pleased that a few pods and dryer sheets were provided. We also took advantage of the Tommy Bahama chairs for enjoying the beaches.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. My son really enjoyed the pool that was steps from our back porch. The condo was well kept. The lanai was especially nice to eat meals in. The condo was within walking distance to so Whaler’s Village, the beach and other places. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maui and didn’t want to leave.

Comfortable stay in paradise

Loved the size of the condo and the close proximity to the pool. Within walking distance to shopping , restaurants , ocean boardwalk and golf . Complex was quiet and we all felt safe.

Lovely spot on Kaanapali

Condo was very spacious and well appointed. Very convenient to everything we wanted access to on Kaanapali Beach. Great spot in the complex - tucked into a quiet corner within view and a quick walk to the pool. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly serene

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed here for a week. It was perfectly serene. We ate meals on the patio, had space between our bedrooms, and enjoyed the pool/spa. It was a quick walk to Whaler's Village, the beach, or a stroll around the golf course. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to enjoy with family or friends.

Brought the kids for a week, pool was perfect for after beach fun. Amazing views, overlooking the golf course, easy access from lot to door, condo was in amazing condition, extra beach chairs and umbrella and fins were a surprise and really useful. Condo layout was perfect for my wife two little ones and my mother (for babysitting) lanai was amazing, bbq perfect for our burgers and brats night, amazing views while eating. Would recommend 10/10

Condo Comfort & Convenience

Great location, quiet & family oriented in a gated community on a golf course. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, & shops at Whaler’s Village. Well appointed first floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with an expansive patio and easy access to pool. Unit includes use of beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc. First floor access was convenient with us having a 16 month old and a stroller, etc. Great visit!

We had a fabulous time and our condo was perfect!!

Everything was fabulous- we all enjoyed ourselves very much!! We rented two units next to one another so it worked out well going back and forth. The condo is beautiful. The only thing that is not usable is the hide a bed but we didn’t need it anyway. We definitely will request to stay here again! 😊

Place was just as described. Communication was very good. Check-in and check-out didn’t require any human interaction, but there was plenty of info communicated to ensure both processes were easy and seamless. The condo had everything we needed: towels, beach towels, basic toiletries, even an ice cooler and extra boogie boards. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We especially loved the backyard patio. It was a great place to chill. The grounds were well taken care of. The pool and hot tub where within walking distance and we enjoyed using them at night.

The property was just as advertised. The only two things that could have improved our stay were the mattress in the master bedroom and the lack of a better stocked kitchen. The bed was very uncomfortable and with a two week stay it was a problem. We only had 4 coffee cups for 4 people and 5 forks which had to be hand washed after every meal. We would have preferred to use the dishwasher for sterilization. Otherwise everything was perfect. Great location!!!

Our Vacation

We Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable, clean, beautiful and the size was perfect for our family! There was a half broken lock on the back door and we alerted the property manager about this. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay. Thank you so much! Also for quick responses to issues. The paperwork had the wrong gate passcode so we got in with another person and asked property manager about it. We were given the old passcode. Beautiful property though and convenient to Kaanapali and shopping too. LOVED it!

UGH! Fun with kids, though...

1. A/C broken is buildings A-G, sweat sheen and wet hair style of the day! 2. Pool closed for re-tiling 2 1/2 days. 3. Steps from master bedroom to bathroom, step into shower/tub combo. Both should be mentioned in listing. Hard for over 70 yr. olds. Slept in 2 bedroom.

It affected half of the buildings on the entire property at Kaanapali Royal. It was a catastrophic failure of three compressors in the system. The AC will finally be fixed this week, 7/22/2019. This was completely out of our hands and the timing was terrible. I did refund you partially for the trouble. I am sorry about the hardships you had with the steps, however both are clearly pictured in the listing, the tubs and the two very shallow steps down to the bed in the master bedroom. Disappointed for our 10 year anniversary...left holding the very large bill

Not very flexible for early check-in. Just Painted so the smell was bad, also the left over dust all over the floors. Dust everywhere as if this place has not been rented in months. The pull out bed was broken, we had 6 adults and only two beds. Complaints to who ever I was in communication with were left unanswered. Broken ceiling fan remote left the fan on in the bedroom for our entire stay. Seems like property is double dipping cause they charge us parking per day even though I'm sure owners already pay HOA's to covet parking. Can't say I would recommend this place especially for milestone events.

Aloha, Due to strict protocols and busy cleaning schedules, we are unable to accommodate any late / early check ins . At the moment we are having some building projects that’s I mostly in our description and we also make sure that our guests are informed before arrival date. We do all we can to make sure our unit descriptions are accurate and uptodate, so if there is something that we’ve missed or that could be misinterpreted, we apologize. Thank you for you reported an issue about the Pull Out and Faulty Fans we were able to provide resolutions and replacements. Unfortunately, maintenance issues like these and are part of joys of home-ownership and are often unavoidable. Lastly, if there were any amount that shouldn’t be charged to you, if this is brought to our attentions we would definitely be able to make out some financial resolutions and forwarded to our Accounting team. Please know that we value your feedback and are constantly working towards improvement and professionalism in our company. Great unit, great value!

First off... the property manager is very helpful with great communication. Awesome. The pictures represent the unit very well. Two bedrooms... with a great deal of separation, so if you want privacy... you are good to go! Both bathrooms are clean and with enough room to handle two people getting ready. Washer and dryer in the unit, they gave us detergent for 5-6 loads... very nice. Patio off the living room was wonderful to sit and enjoy the sunset and grilling. Awesome location... very quite... yet, in the middle of all the shops, restaurants, etc. Areas to improve: the masterbed mattress... very soft. There is a hill between the left and right side of the bed. Apparently, not much cuddling going on. LOL The oven takes an enormously long time to heat to 350. No big deal... just plan for it.

Vacation from hell due to poor property management

Good location, beautiful grounds, beds in poor condition, horrible response from property management (2 days to fix failed air conditioner, 2 days to provide plumber to fix overflow of kitchen sink and dishwasher and 2 days to replace dirty towels we had to use to clean up the horrible mess).

A nice property and we enjoyed our stay, however a few problems. Check in on Saturday was complicated. No gate access number was supplied and the resort office was closed on weekends. It took a few phone calls to resolve. The guest bathroom floor was a little dirty. Unfortunately my guest did not mention it until the end of the week. I am sure if I would have reported it, the management team would have addressed the issue. And last the location description is a little misleading. "Nestled between the golf course and the beach" is misleading. The golf course is between the unit and the beach.

Terrible!

The condo was filthy; a big glob of hair stuck to the wall in the shower, the last renters loofa hooked to the shower curtain, a beer bottle filled with cigarette butts sat on the patio. Every surface was sticky and every dish needed to be washed before we could use it. We had no TV and no WiFi for all but the last day of our trip. We couldn’t bathe our kids in the bathtub because the drain stopper is broken. Everything about this condo was a disappointment.

Exceptional Accommodation

Exceeded all our expectations. Well equipped property. Great location and away from the stampede of people on kaanapali beach. But at the same time a short walk to the beach and whalers village.
