Three balconies overlook the immaculate green lawn, the pool deck, a gazebo perfect for picture taking and of course the ever thrilling Gulf of Mexico. Plus, upgrades like granite counters, a huge master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub will make your Destin getaway extra special. Mediterranea’s distinctive horseshoe architecture, its great amenities and of course its proximity to the beach and restaurants have kept visitors coming back again and again. All the balconies in 314 view the Gulf and the spacious pool deck with a hot tub. Plenty of sun bathing chairs are at the center of the immaculate lawn. Other amenities include tennis courts, a fitness center, a clubhouse, underground parking and almost 500 ft of unobstructed views and deeded beach access. During Spring Break and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. All other times there is a 3 night minimum. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
