Welcome to condo D604 at Beach House Condominiums! This beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on the 6th floor offers a bright, airy beach vibe and direct beach access with no streets to cross. Located just a minute from the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area, this condo also features a covered balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony. March 1 - October 31, you will receive a complimentary beach set up of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella!


This condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an attached full bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 Full Beds, and an attached full bathroom accessible from the living room. The living room features ample seating for lounging and a pull-out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. The fully equipped kitchen includes major and small appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, utensils, and all you’ll need to enjoy dining and the amazing views to your South. A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo for your use.

Beach House Condominiums is a great place to plan your next trip to Destin. With over 650 feet of beachfront, you are never far away from the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

BEACH HOUSE ONLY HAS PARKING FOR 1 CAR PER UNIT. Golf carts are not allowed at the Beach House condominiums.

Loved this place & stay! Super convenient & was clean & smelled clean upon arrival! We had some issues with the freezer would stop working, so some of our food got ruined. Other than that it was lovely! Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect!!

Condo was exactly as shown, both clean and beautiful. Location is steps away from the beach, a beach front restaurant and walk ability to shopping. Would absolutely book again!

The condo was very well maintained, nice decor and roomy. The location is superb! It would have been nice if there had been a ceiling fan in the living area and master bedroom. Overall I would highly suggest this unit!

The communication was not good. There was a problem w/water leak in condo below ours and three times they come in to ck our master shower but last time they said we could not use the shower til they let us know. Kept asking if we could use it after hours but keep saying would let us know. Next day same thing so we could not use. Never let us know what was going on just could not use. Had to buy soap for bath as their was 1/8 inch in dispenser also paper towels as there ha only 1 for the whole week. One patio chairs broke when sat in - was rusted and broke. Did not come and replace.Lovely kitchen & decor in condo but not good on stocking for a weeks stay. Think they should have compensated in some way. Left extra soap, paper towels and toilet paper when we left for next tenants.

We understand that the plumbing issue that arose during your stay was inconvenient. When a leak was reported in a neighboring unit, our maintenance team needed to investigate all potential sources to prevent further damage to the building. While this required temporary restrictions on the use of the master shower, our team was working to identify the cause as quickly as possible. We apologize if our communication during this process did not meet your expectations. Regarding supplies, our homes are stocked with a starter supply of essential items, with additional consumables intended to be purchased by guests as needed throughout their stay. We will, however, review the housekeeping report to ensure the home was properly stocked prior to arrival. We appreciate you reporting the damaged patio chair. Living directly on the Gulf Coast can accelerate wear on outdoor furnishings despite regular inspections, and the chair has since been addressed. Thank you again for your comments. Guest feedback helps us improve both our communication and our overall guest experience.

Easy location

Stayed for a wedding weekend with our baby. It was her first time at the beach, so it was a very convenient location. We did have to ask the property manager to send out someone to re-clean the bathrooms and fix a few broken items upon check-in and they did they were quick to respond.

Wonderful Miramar!

Beautifully furnished condo—very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All essentials included in the kitchen (but no condiments) and nice linens for baths. Bedding was above par (not the nicest) but the king bed is super firm and would benefit greatly from a 2-3 inch mattress topper.

Awesome Condo in a Great Location

We had a fantastic stay at Miramar Beach in this unit. This is a terrific, smaller property so the beach, pool, and parking lot are all a very close walk from the unit. The location is an ideal mid-point between Destin and the 30-A villages so there are plenty of great options for shopping and dining nearby.The unit itself was in great shape and had everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay. The communication with the property owner was top-notch and actually started well in advance of our stay. I would highly recommend this listing and may look at renting it again next summer. Thanks!

Communication with staff was easy. During our stay we noticed our AC wasn’t working properly and this is fixed immediately (on a Sunday night). The only issue was that the unit wasn’t very clean when we arrived but that wasn’t a huge deal breaker. We loved staying here and the condo is so quiet and perfect for families. We would come back again.

My family and I have stayed at The Beach House for several years due to the beach view and ease of beach access. Over the years, we have stayed in several different units within the complex. With that being said, this unit was the nicest unit we’ve stayed in… and there isn’t really a close comparison. This unit is fantastic and worth every penny. Clean, remodeled, washer/dryer, spacious even for a family of six, etc. You can’t ask for a better unit. The property manager and was extremely helpful with the check-in process and anything we needed during our stay. This unit is the hidden gem in The Beach House. I can confidently say that you will not be disappointed.

Perfect Condo

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay! My daughter and I took my 76 year old mother to Destin because she wanted to go to the beach and this was the perfect location. The beach is gorgeous and just steps from your room. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The check-in was super easy. There were wrist bands for wearing when we went to the water and a parking pass to put in our vehicle. We got up every morning and watched the ocean as the sun came up. One morning there were dolphins playing right in front of our view. The location couldn’t be better! The Surf Hut was right next door so we could walk there from the beach for lunch or occasional daiquiri. The Harbor is only around a 10-15 minute drive so there tons to do and places to eat right there. Don’t hesitate for a second renting this condo. We will definitely be back!

Everything was exactly as listed. The liaison was super responsive and it felt very cozy from the minute we got there. The only negative is the master bedroom’s mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. But even with this complaint, I would absolutely book this condo again!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in 604d. The only issue we encountered was that golf carts are strictly prohibited but it doesn’t state that anywhere on the listing or throughout the booking. We booked a golf cart for our stay and then when we arrived there were signs posted at The Beach House Condos that golf carts were not allowed. We went inside to speak with an employee. I was told by the front desk we could have it if we had an extra parking pass to hang on it, this was on the day of arrival. We got a second parking pass and parked the golf cart at the property. The next day a different employee tells us it needs to be removed immediately. We didn’t know what to do with it at that point. We ended up receiving a ticket and had to return the golf cart with no refund. I did reach out to management of 604d and recommended including in the description that no golf carts are allowed on the property so that future guests don’t end up in the same boat as our family. Otherwise the property was nice and accommodating. It is located on the top floor.
