The Space:

You step through the front door and the sunlight pours across a spacious 3,533 sq ft layout, instantly inviting you to unwind after a day of Disney magic. The open‑plan living areas feel like a private retreat, while the gentle hum of the heated pool outside promises a soothing evening under the Florida sky. Every corner of this home is arranged for comfort, giving you space to gather, play, and recharge.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms provide a mix of king‑size comfort and twin‑bed flexibility. Bedroom 1 on the lower level features a King Bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a King Bed with their own ensuite baths. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are furnished with King Beds. Bedrooms 6 and 7 each contain two Twin Beds and share a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom, perfect for families or groups traveling together.



Living spaces

Two distinct living areas give you plenty of room to relax. The main family room centers on a flat‑screen TV and ample seating, ideal for movie nights or casual conversation. A second lounge area offers additional space for quiet reading or a quick nap between adventures.



Kitchen & dining

The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and stocked with everything you need to prepare a hearty breakfast before heading out. Two indoor dining areas provide flexible settings for family meals, board games, or a casual brunch.



Entertainment

A dedicated game room invites friendly competition, while a private movie theater room lets you enjoy a cinematic experience without leaving the house. Free washer and dryer are available for convenient laundry care during longer stays.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio and feel the warm Florida breeze. The heated pool and adjoining hot tub are ready for a dip at any time, and the surrounding lounge space is perfect for sipping a cool drink as the sun sets.



Neighborhood

Located on a corner lot in Phase 1 of Solara Resort, you are just moments from the gated community’s clubhouse and a short drive from Disney’s parks. The resort’s quiet, family‑friendly atmosphere blends the convenience of nearby attractions with the peace of a secluded retreat.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (1) spot designated in the driveway but you can park in the parking lot adjacent to the property.



The Neighborhood:

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.



Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can workout in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.



At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a front door bell camera and another camera pointing to the driveway.
