There weren’t enough towels for the 10 people in our group. There also weren’t many pool towels. Some of the kitchen equipment was in terrible shape and needs replacing. The house was clean and comfortable though. Game room only has air hockey, so nothing of note. We did have fun though.

We stayed here for a small group getaway and had such a great experience! The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We found everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Communication with the host was excellent — they responded quickly and were very accommodating with any questions or requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Our multi-generational stay with our adult daughter and grandchildren ranging from five years old to twelve was great. The house was comfortable, with ample space for everyone. The hosts were great communicators before, during, and shortly after our departure. I’d definitely recommend the property, it’s clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location! Of course the pool was an added bonus!

We loved the property! It was in a great location, and close to the competition venue. The only negative is the lack of enough wash cloths...plenty of towels, not enough wash cloths :-)

Needed places to hang towels for bathrooms and pool area. More cookware such as a large frying pan would have been nice. Over all stay was great and would stay again and recommend to others. Thank you

10 person family Great Stay

I found this property within the 15 mile radius of Disney Universal. It was still a pretty long drive at 30 minutes plus for Universal. The property overall was nice. It had a lot of the things we needed. I would recommend adding washcloths to your towels and maybe an air pump for blowing up pool supplies for the children. The main floor shower needs a good deep clean. Overall we were pleased with our stay. Ampule space for the kids to run around and even stay in separate areas of the house without bothering each other. I would recommend this UpStay resort to others.

Great stay with plenty of room for a big family

We had a nice stay in the beginning of February with a large group of family. To start out the communication from the company that owns this property was great. We had all our questions answered and all the information needed before we arrived. Upon arrival we did notice a minor cleanliness issues like hair here or there or dirt on the floor or a smear of something on the wall. We were surprised about this since the title of the property is New Build and it had no reviews so we were expecting a brand new property. There was also a very badly broken lamp that maintenance came and took care of right away. We enjoyed the layout of the house with the large master bedroom on the first floor for my parents and the other bedrooms and a large shared area on the second floor for all the kids and grand kids. The kitchen was also very roomy for us all! The pool and hot tub were very nice once we figured out that if you want the heat in the hot tub to come on you need to have the jets on. Otherwise the heat is focused into the pool. We paid the extra for heat since we were there in early February. The main pool was nice too but much further away than expected. You have to cross the main road to get there. The kids splash pad area was not heated and was very cold. The main pool was heated and we spent a couple hours there but enjoyed the pool at the house more. Overall we had a nice stay!
