Why Boyd Anderson chose Utah

We chose Moab for the wide variety of outdoor activites. Everyone from beginners to hard core enthusiasts can have fun in Moab! We love the mountain biking, road biking, trail running, hiking, rafting, fishing, and camping, For the less active (or the tired) sight seeing including the National Parks is spectacular! In town we enjoy the restaurants and cooking at home, swimming in our indoor pool or at the Moab City Acquatic Center, or just walking around town. We love the small town feel of Moab. When we are in Moab we play hard and enjoy relaxing away from the city lights where the night sky is amazing!

What makes this townhome unique

After our outdoor activities we enjoy the indoor pool and spending time together in our comfortable single level home. Our house is on a quiet side street off of Williams Way.

Excellent Place to Stay in Moab

Everything was great except the check-in. We had a bit problem for getting the door opened. First we were not given the code in advance. In the front door we had to call the owner to find out how to open the door. And then the code was not right. Then we had to try several different codes. Then the lock seemed not working well. But we were in finally.

The security deposit was returned adequately.

Owner's Response: • When this guest arrived in Moab and couldn't get in the house she called me and the problem was immediately resolved. • One month before their stay they received an email message asking them to access the VRBO hospitality information. • That same week, the guest emailed asking how to obtain a key. I replied immediately mentioning that they would have received an email from VRBO (I get a copy) allowing the guest access hospitality information. I also said "Please feel free to contact me any time. You can either use email or text or call xxx-xxx-xxxx. Thanks for staying with us!" • Two weeks prior to the stay, the guest received another email asking them to access the hospitality information. • The codes are provided to all of our guests through the VRBO hospitality site. • It is quite unfair to state that a guest was not given an access code when they choose not to use the VRBO hospitality information. • Any guest who needs to know how to access the property, can easily call, text, or send an email ahead of their arrival. • Again, when this guest arrived and called, we provided a code and a back up code and they were immediately able to access our home.

great location, very comfortable, one of the best we have stayed in!

Having tall college age kids, loved all the rooms, very comfortable. One of the best we have stayed in. The garage was convenient to keep all our outdoor gear, made it easy to load mtn bikes and rock climbing gear.

Lovely home with space for everyone

A great house for our family of 5. Our youngest found the stash of toys and was in heaven. The home is lovely with lots of room for everyone to stretch out but also not feel like you're disconnected. Everything was clean and in working order. Location was super convenient. Had an issue upon arrival with door code not working but owner was very responsive and got me a new code that worked. We'd definitely come back!
