In the fall of 2021, the owner updated all furniture and décor in the residence to offer an elevated stay for your trip to the mountains! This light filled, top floor residence at Spa at Storm Meadows offers amazing views of the Ski Resort and Valley. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this impressive property boasts wood floors through the living area, lots of windows, granite countertops, beautiful wood cabinetry, and elegant furnishings. It’ll be easy to enjoy and entertain, with family and friends, through summer and winter stays!

The warm and inviting great room enjoys gas fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player, plush sofa plus additional accent chairs, and large windows to take in those mountain views! The adjoining dining area and kitchen are spacious and well appointed. The balcony off the living room, has patio dining set for four, and views towards the mountain resort. There is an electric grill on the deck.

The lovely primary bedroom has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and glass doors leading to the balcony. In the primary bath you’ll enjoy the double vanity, large jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom as well has access to the balcony, flat screen TV and attached private bathroom. French doors lead to the 3rd bedroom that also has an attached bathroom. Please note there is no window in the 3rd bedroom.

Walk to Slopes: The Spa at Storm Meadows is located above the Right-O-Way trail. A short 50 yard walk across the parking area will get you to the ski access trail. Shuttle service is also available for access to the ski area base, the grocery store, or downtown Steamboat.

PARKING: 1 Parking space per residence. Parking permits must be displayed on dashboard.

No Oversized Vehicles: Oversized vehicles such as recreational
vehicles, trailers and boats are not permitted.

The Spa at Storm Meadows is located above the Steamboat Ski Area's Right-O-Way beginner's run. A short 50-yard walk across the parking lot will get you to the ski access trail that leads directly to Right-O-Way. With its prime upslope location, The Spa at Storm Meadows is just a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the ski area base and features a lower-key ambience. However, this quieter and more secluded setting offers complete convenience, with its easy ski access and shuttle service to whisk you to the ski area base, grocery store or downtown Steamboat Springs.

At The Spa at Storm Meadows you'll enjoy spectacular views of the Yampa Valley and have full access to our on-site amenities facility, which includes a heated outdoor pool, weight and exercise room, sauna and outdoor hot tub.

Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. We have housekeeping services and a maintenance department should you need assistance with anything at your rental property.
