Penthouse Condo in the Heart of the Ski Area!

Perfect Location and fantastic views! Just 100 yards from the ski lifts! Completely renovated and updated top floor corner unit in the heart of Ski Time Square! Walk out the front door and across the street to the slopes, gondola, restaurants and bars, and ski back in to the front of the complex! Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap around deck with 180 degree views of the mountains and ski runs. After a long day on the hill, relax in the outdoor hot tub or sauna.

Walk across the street to the ski lifts, Ski Time Square, Gondola Square, numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping . Easy access to the free city bus as well as hiking and biking make this a year round treasure.

This one of a kind Ski Time Square condo should not be missed. The mountain contemporary design creates a warm, inviting home. The vaulted ceiling adds an open feeling and the condo is accented with reclaimed barn wood walls, stone fireplace, sleek kitchen and bathrooms with granite counters. Privacy and views abound from this top floor, corner unit with a wrap-around deck that has panoramic views of the Steamboat Ski area and south valley. The bunkbeds in the loft offer an additional sleeping area in addition to the two other private bedrooms.

WE NOW HAVE ON SITE PARKING!! The new parking lot attached to our building is complete and offers one parking spot per group!

*** please note that there is no air conditioning in this unit, which is common for high alpine homes. The unit cools down quickly in the evening with the windows open, and an a/c fan is provided, but you want to be aware of this for the summer months.t

The free city bus stops right in front of this complex!

Walk to ski, and take the free bus into town. No need to drive anywhere.

Sometimes the hot tubs and other amenities may be closed for maintenance or repair, we have no control over this as we only provide a comfortable condo for your stay. Closures of any shared building/community amenities are not eligible for discounts or refunds.

The host was great, responded fairly quickly but the process for checking in was very tricky, especially since we had two families and two cars and only one parking spot/pass. I received portions of the checkin process via email, vrbo messenger and also text so when the time came to check in, it was very confusing where to find the right information for the multi-step check-in process. There were other guests of other units having similar frustrating experiences so it isn't the host, it's just an older condo complex. The location is fantastic, the two hot tubs are great and the layout of the rooms is nice but the building/unit is old with some odd windows, radiant floor heating, etc.

Great location with amazing views

We enjoyed our short stay at this property. The owners were very responsive when we reached out. The location was fantastic and would be amazing during ski season. We would recommend this place to our friends and would come back to stay again.

We loved this condo a 5 minute walk from the main Steamboat ski resort area. The owners had great communication and covered our parking expenses since the garage was under construction. Would 100% visit again!

Perfectly Located Penthouse

This 3-bedroom, 5th-floor condo is in the Ski Time Square condos, apparently built in the 1970s. While I've not stayed in other "walking distance to slopes" condos in Steamboat, this one is ideally situated. About a 70-yard walk to a part of the slopes which dips in between the T-Bar and the Slopeside Grill - an extremely convenient point to begin your skiing day. After walking to the slope (literally across the street from condo), pole on flat for about 40 yds, then ski down a gentle slope to village center and bottom of the main lifts. At the end of the day, get up a head of steam skiing down Right-o-Way, cut into your personal slope divot just past the T-Bar, and literally ski back to your beginning point. Perfection. The condo itself is recently (and tastefully) renovated. The living room furnishings may not be featured in Architectural Digest (all a bit dark for my taste), but they are comfortable, clean, and relatively new. The living room opens through sliding door onto a spacious balcony which actually turns the corner of the building, commanding a south-facing view of the bottom part of the slopes & the upper part of ski village. Great bars and restaurants are literally across the street - Cafe Diva offers cozy, very upscale dining, whereas Los Locos (our regular fav) and Slopeside Grill offer more laid back vibe + less expensive Mex and American (+great beer) fare. We will definitely be returning to this very serviceable condo!
