Bienvenido a Moraine Circle 30, una casa adosada de tres habitaciones a solo minutos de esquí, senderismo y ciclismo de clase mundial en Steamboat Resort y a minutos del pintoresco centro de Steamboat Springs.

Entra y ponte como en casa en Moraine 30. La primera de las tres habitaciones está en el nivel inferior y tiene dos juegos de literas Twin sobre Queen con acceso al patio a la amplia área verde detrás de la propiedad. Great place for my family of 4. My teens appreciated having so much space for themselves. Heating worked so well, we were super comfortable throughout our stay. Appreciated having a garage with direct access to the home. Communication with management was top notch. Checking in and out couldn't have been easier. Location was great- super close to the ski resort, market and downtown. The free shuttle service was so convenient (arrives within 5min of requesting one..right to your door!).

Late summer stay

I love the location of this condo for summer - super close (3 min on electric bike if that) to tennis/pickle ball center and 10 mins to downtown. Lots of stairs in the condo but each bedroom is on its own floor so there's a little more privacy. Super close to pool and nice, quiet, well kept neighborhood with flowers and maintained grounds. Lots of room in garage for our bikes and shelves for helmets, etc.

Great Family Stay

This was our second stay at this location and everything was great again. The unit was clean, easy access to downtown events and shops, and the management company checked in with us a few times to see if we needed anything. The pool area was great for cooling down with a large grass park area for catch or frisbee.

Fabulous well appointed condo

The home was beautiful and well appointed. Easily accommodated our group of 7 ranging in ages from 30 to 70's. Steamboat Lodging staff were available to help quickly and professionally to address any concerns or questions we had. The shuttle service was excellent - we used them daily to/from the slopes and to town. We'll be back!

Our stay at this location was wonderful! It was a quiet area, plenty of space for our group of 7, easy access to anywhere in town. The managers were very courteous and responsive with answers. I'd definitely book this accommodation again! Great value.

Family Ski Trip

My husband, daughters and a couple of their friends had an amazing stay in this unit during our ski trip to Steamboat this year! It was a first time for all of us - we loved the skiing and the town. The unit was exactly as shown. Plenty of room for all in our party (7 total) and all the beds were super comfortable! Property manager was super responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Ski trip

Great location - very convenient to Steamboat Ski Resort. On demand shuttle was super convenient and all of the drivers were very friendly and helpful! We were very pleased with our stay. There are several sets of stairs if mobility is an issue.

Nice living area, comfortable beds and great location

Hello, Kudos to the staff at Steamboat Lodging for addressing various issues we had during our stay. They were very responsive and helpful! Positives: the living and dining room areas were very nice and accomodated our party of six very well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The washer/dryer worked well. The foyer was a perfect place to store our jackets, helmets, boots, etc. Finally, the shuttle was an amazing convenience and one of the reasons we book with Steamboat Lodging. Need for improvement: All of the appliances (except the washer/dryer) are in need of updating. We had issues with the dishwasher not draining properly, the ice making machine was broken (thank you for bringing us ice), the water filter in the fridge was either broken or needed to be replaced, and the light above the stovetop was broken. The kitchen had a hodge podge of old pots and pans, dishware, flatware, cooking utensils, glasses, etc. It needs to be refreshed. All of the bathrooms need updating as well. It looks original, with low counters and toilets, old tub in master, etc. The hot tubs did not work for the first day or two of our stay (thank you for following up with the condo association and ultimately getting it fixed). Finally, it would be much more convenient to have a keyless entry at the front door than to come in through the garage every time. With the vehicle parked in the garage, we often would send one person through the garage to unlock the front door for everyone else to enter. The unit has so much potential! We would definitely rent here again if these updates were made. Thank you!

Great Location for a Couple Families

Everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Property manager was quick to jump on a couple minor issues. Make note, as with many mountain homes, this property does not have air conditioning. Our family in town from Nashville was surprised by this! Overall really wonderful proeprty- We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Set-Up For Large Family

This unit was perfect for 8 adults! It is 5 levels so you need to be able to navigate stairs. The garage was heated and had ample space to park a 4-Runner and store our skis on hanging racks. Every sleeping area had its own bathroom which was great. The free town shuttle Purple Line was a 50 yard walk from the driveway and ran every 20 minutes. It was SO EASY to get to and from the mountain!! Steamboat Lodging was amazing with their help and communication. They left us some nice snacks and gifts which was a very nice touch. SLC offered a link to discounted lift tickets and they offered links to ski rentals for the few who needed rentals in our group. The lift ticket purchase process was a little clunky. SLC picked up the lift cards for a couple of people in our party and they were in the condo upon arrival but not all. Not sure what happened with the other tickets purchased but all was settled very nicely at the ticket office the day before which was open until 7pm. We enjoyed the sauna that was right inside the unit and the hot tubs are a short walk away and one tub easily fit all 8 of us. We had a great stay without any issues but I know the SLC would have addressed any issues immediately. Thanks for a great stay! We made some great memories!!

Perfect for our group

This was our first time staying here. I have a family of five with kids ranging from 9-14 and we brought another married couple with us. The property had two en suite bedrooms which was very helpful and located on two separate floors so they could have their privacy from my family when needed. Property is multilevel so not for everyone who has an issue with stairs, but we were there to be active and we did not find it to be a nuisance. The property is a 15 minute walk to the lifts but they provide a free shuttle with average pick up times of a 5-7 minute wait. The app for the shuttle is very helpful. Communication with the property manager was perfect and they even accommodated us with a request I forgot to mention early in the process. House was very clean, and they provided great entertainment with board games, multiple tvs and large selection of programming. We used the kitchen multiple times a day and it was stocked with nearly every utensil and pan/pot option you could imagine. If I had to critique it would be two things: 1. some of the pans are in need of replacing and 2. some of the vaulted ceiling fans could be dusted. So as you can tell, I'm really reaching for an issue to be critical about and my pans and ceiling fan in my own home could use this same treatment. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and I think you'll be very happy if you choose to do so.

Beautiful property.

The best thing about this location was that my kids could sled right outside the back door. There were two saucers in the condo, and this kept my kids busy for hours! The beds were comfortable. Nice view of the mountains and enjoyed the close proximity to the ski resort. We were very happy staying there.

Awesome place for our ski trip!

This property was awesome for our group. We loved the location and the multiple stories lived well. We had a problem with our fireplaces and the company came out and fixed it for us. The only recommendation I would make is that the kitchen needs a double set of utensils/plates/glasses for the number of people the condo is able to hold.

Moraine 30

Beautiful unit. Split level with lots of space for our family to spread out. Tall, vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. Beds were extremely comfortable. Finishes were very nice and updated. Big kitchen that functioned well. Well stocked kitchen! We will definitely be back!

Great location and beautiful house with plenty of room!

We had a great stay at this property, with plenty of room for two families of four. Kids loved the bunk room, and two master bedrooms gave everyone plenty of room. Wonderful views off the balconies! Easy access to the very nice, clean pool across the back lawn, and lots of room to lounge in multiple spaces. Good beds and well equipped kitchen. Location for our summer visit was good, walkable to resort area but everything else is short driving distance. There are a few deferred maintenance issues that should be dealt with for convenience and safety, and it would really help if the owners could provide front door access, as the garage is small and accessing the house with car parked is really difficult. Managers were responsive to some questions we had, and check in/out was made very easy. Great stay, would book again!
