Vacation Home is located in the elegant South Venice community on Alligator Drive. Our home is situated across Alligator Creek within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centres on Tamiami Trail. The location is perfect to enjoy other amenities such as bike riding to Manasota Beach or doing yoga on Venice's famous beachfront every morning.

The property is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, which is fenced around for privacy. It has a spacious interior with an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area, including three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The total square footage of the building: 1,650 sq. ft., heated 1,375 sq. ft. Separate utility room with washer and dryer, BBQ in the private back yard are included with no extra cost for personal use. The house also has exterior light with motion detectors and timers if you are coming in late at night. High speed Internet with Wi-Fi option, 40 + TV antenna channels, Smart TV, CPU, Blu-Ray and Roku .

5 persons maximum.

This location is nestled between Lemon Bay and Tamiami Trial, providing you with access to many restaurants and shopping centres in the area.The property is perfect to enjoy bike riding, fishing, golfing or take ferry ride to a fabulous, private South Venice Beach.
