Stay in or take in beautiful historic Gettysburg just minutes away! Or depending on the season, play a round of Golf next door at "The Links at Gettysburg" or take a quick drive to the slopes of Ski Liberty!

We have a long drive way for multiple vehicles to park. However, if there is a service needed please contact us and we will work on accommodating.

We had a great family vacation. Plenty of space for all us and located within 10 minutes of the Gettysburg historic park.

The location of the house was perfect for a fall wedding in Tannytown. The house was spacious and offered extra amenities. I would recommend the rental to others.

Gettysburg

We had a wonderful stay. The house is just a few minutes from the Gettysburg battlefield. We spent three days touring the battlefield and the house was perfect for relaxing and unwinding at the end of each busy day.

Perfect house for a family get together

The house was fantastic for our family reunion to attend our son's graduation from Gettysburg. It has so many spaces for people to gather, inside and outside, and more than enough beds and bathrooms. It's only 20 minutes or so from Gettysburg, so easy in and easy out. The view is beautiful and serene, with a gorgeous pool and porch area. Communication was great also. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home!

Our extended family stayed here for a short vacation. The home was spacious, beautiful, with plenty of room to spread out. The area is quiet, yet close to Gettysburg. We enjoyed the patio & pool, too!

Manor not on the 7th

Awesome property. Great for large families with children and teens. Beautiful setting and the game room kept the kids busy

Perfect Friends and Family Get Away

This beautiful well equipped home is PERFECT for a family get together. The property is clean and has everything you need for an easy trip with a large group. Everyone has a place to “get away” and the gathering placed are large enough for all. Highly recommend!

Peaceful Property

My family and I stayed here for the weekend. Great scenery. Spacious rooms plenty of area in the house for everyone. Private get aways all throughout the house. Everything you need for outdoor activities for both adults and children we will definitely be staying there again!!

A little slice of Heaven

A beautiful place to stay with the family. The property is beautiful the skies and the golf course with the pool make it truly a magical place to stay at. It was a great time with our family, getting to spend some quality time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everyone had their own rooms with a bathroom, which made getting ready and getting out the door, smooth and seamless. I would recommend this to any large groups and families looking for a historical destination

Can't wait to go back!!

We stayed at Mason Dixon with a group of friends (adults and kids) and LOVED it! The house is clean, has amazing amenities, and the views are breathtaking. The kids loved the bunk room with the adjacent game room where they could play pool and ping pong without disturbing the adults. The house overlooks the golf course, so you can watch the sunrise and sunset. If you are looking to get out and explore, downtown Gettysburg is only a 10 minute SCENIC drive down the road. Evolve was very easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions upon arrival. We are already talking about our next trip back to Gettysburg to stay at this gorgeous house.

While our family had a wonderful time, there were significant maintenance and cleanliness issues. Previous renters left two weeks of trash on the garage floor. It molded and leaked and was not removed from the house before we arrived. The smell permeated the house and we had to open all doors and windows in order to even be in the house.The house is fundamentally dirty and needs a deep cleaning including the soft surfaces (curtains, rugs and furniture). A window on the first floor has broken glass, pieces of the first floor tile floor are everywhere. Apparently, a previous renter allowed their child to take a golf club to the floor and it’s a mess. The dishwasher had food scraps in it when we got there adding to the terrible smell and the bottom rack doesn’t fit well so we washed all dishes by hand. This included cups and mugs prior to use because they looked dirty.The view from the patio is beautiful. However the stonework is crumbling and pieces of it are breaking off causing a trip hazard particularly for older adults.The diving board made cracking and snapping noises when stepped on, so we were afraid to use it.A lot of the outdoor lighting is non functional making it very dark when outside.The kitchen is small for a house of this size. If more than two people are cooking in there at a time, it’s cramped.The overall decor of the house is heavy and mismatched. There are an unusual number of mirrors everywhere and random Disney characters throughout.

40th Birthday Weekend

We stayed in this house for my husbands 40th birthday. There were 7 couples and we all had plenty of privacy and our own space. There are several different common spaces to hang out, which wonderfully accommodated all of the people in our group. We loved the house and really utilized all of the different areas. It was too cold to use the outside spaces, but they are vast as well. I highly recommend this place for large groups or even families.

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion with people ranging in age from 5 to 88. The house was great. Lots of space, plenty of games, and beds for teens/20s grandchildren. The pool was fabulous as was the poolside bar with a full-sized refrigerator. It was close to town to run to the store and far enough away to feel like a vacation. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay at this house! The house itself is sprawling, definitely the biggest place we've ever stayed. Kids enjoyed playing hide and seek with so many rooms. Pool area was amazing with a great open view. Highly recommend this property!
