INTRODUCTION TO THE 19th HOLE:
It is early morning and the sun is just beginning to rise. As the warming rays peek over the wall which protects your private pool and patio, you open the wide sliding glass doors to your bedroom and slip easily into the heated spa… no bathing suit is necessary. As you sip your morning coffee and listen to the songs of the local birds, your thoughts are far, far away from the demands of home. You ask yourself, 'Can time stand still?' Indeed why would anyone wish to leave this paradise?
‘The 19th Hole’ is an 1850 sq. foot town-home that has been transformed by its new pool and patio and by its interior renovations with all new furnishings. It is luxurious, private, and serene. You are situated 10 minutes from the airport and from the happenings of downtown Palm Springs.
The living room has soaring cathedral ceilings and two circulating fans. The wall of sliding glass doors open up onto the pool and patio. There is a comfortable down sectional to cuddle up in.. A 50 inch HDTV sits discreetly on one wall, and on the opposite side of the marble fireplace, a desk is nuzzled in a quiet alcove.
An 8 foot Tommy Bahama dining table and 6 arm chairs provide the makings of a perfect evening. Dim the lights of the chandelier and gaze through the fronds of the jacaranda tree watching the lights of the tram on the San Jacinto mountains.
Whether you choose to cook or not, you will appreciate the flow of the kitchen. The wood cabinets are stocked with all the amenities of home. The granite counters and the top of the line appliances will please the most discerning chef. There is a natural gas Weber barbeque for your use, on the patio, adjacent to the kitchen.
MASTER BEDROOM AND EN SUITE BATHROOM
Lose yourself in the four poster California king bed. It has a brand new pillow top mattress and 500 thread count bedding. Watch the late night news on the 42 inch wall mounted TV. Treat yourself to a bath in the sunken tub of the en suite marble bathroom, admiring the view of your secret garden.
Enjoy the separation of 2 twin beds or easily converted king depending on your guests preference. Top of the line pillow top mattresses and 500 thread count sheets are provided for your comfort. Enjoy the early morning rays of sunshine filtering through the attached atrium. The second full en suite bathroom is easily accessible through a pocket door.
POOL AND PATIO
This completely enclosed and private pool forms the crown jewel of ‘The 19th Hole’. This newly constructed pool has a pebble-tec surface that is not only soothing to the skin, but also to the eye. Admire the desert landscaping and watch the hummingbirds drink from the flowers around the perimeter. Sun bathe in the comfortably padded lounge chairs. Enjoy your lunch shaded by the overhang extending from both the living room and the master bedroom. Watch the sun set over the San Jacinto mountains while sitting under the swaying palm trees. Does it get any better than this?

About Debra Stockdill
We are a couple of health care professionals who live in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. We have four adult children, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law, a handsome grandson and two charming golden retrievers. Although we are far from retirement, we love to visit our home in Palm Springs every quarter, to recharge and to enjoy the wonderful ambiance our home has to offer.

Because of our interests, Palm Springs is a natural fit for us. We love the quiet and peacefulness of the community, but also its close proximity to the amenities of downtown Palm Springs. We are challenged by the number of golf courses available for us to play, a number of which are only minutes away by car. Opportunities for hiking and enjoying the outdoors are myriad and many of the best sites are close to Sundance Resort. We like having easy access to the airport. Mostly though, we love the serene ambiance Sundance Resort has to offer.
What makes this Townhome unique
Sundance Resort is a low density, quiet community. Each home has its own pool, in an enclosed private yard. Our home backs on to a 7 1/2 acre green space and is rarely used by others. We love to play on the well kept, lighted tennis courts a minute stroll from our home. Each home is large and well designed. After all, it was built for the Dallas Cowboys!

My husband and I had a wonderful week at this pristine property.
We loved the location and it’s proximity to wonderful restaurants and nightlife.
This home is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic getaway. The only downside was having to leave. We would love to return to this oasis in the desert.
Happy times with CA grandkids
We left the frigid Northeast on New Year’s Day to spend a week with our grandchildren who vacation from their LA home in a townhome in Palm Springs. The 19th Hole is beautiful, spacious and wonderful for sharing time with our 10 year old granddaughter and 8 year old grandson.— in the pool and out. Sundance Circle was great for 8 year old Jake to refresh his bike riding skills and It was wonderful be able to have 10 year old, Noa, ride her new bicycle to and from her PS home to our rental! (With a parent)!. We hope to be back next year!

The perfect home away from home!
Debra and Jim have made sure that their home has all of the amenities, appliances, and comforts that provide that "home away from home" feeling to make your stay comfortable and warming. Their home is completely furnished with artwork in and out, raffia ribbon tied towels and blankets, throw blankets in the living room and bedrooms, and loungers by the pool ready for you to relax.
Having spent a few trips in the area we were looking for another nice place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and we found a gem! Debra was very helpful and made the process extremely easy. Access was coordinated directly with her and the home functions were all detailed and left nothing for guessing.
Thank you Debra for making our stay comfortable and special. We look forward to the opportunity to return again.

Great place to stay!
Four of us, all women from various cities in the US, met in Palm Springs for a high school reunion. We rented the 19th hole and loved it! We have rented other homes and this one ranked at the top. Super great beds, bedding and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool is great too though too chilly for us to use!
Magical anniversary week
Exactly what we were looking for in one of our favorite places to visit. Spacious with all the comforts and extras that you could ever desire. We could sit for hours simply admiring the private courtyard and pool. Romantic and oh so quiet. We are looking forward to planning our return.
