• Cleaning Fee: Applies to monthly stays; exact pricing may vary based on length of stay (includes mid-stay clean & checkout deep clean; additional cleanings for longer stays)
• Pet Policy: Small dog may be allowed with prior approval, references, and non-refundable pet cleaning fee.
• Payment Terms: 30% at booking; 30% due 5 months before arrival; 40% balance due 60 days before arrival. Holiday/seasonal weeks may carry higher rates.
• Minimum Stay: Bonita National requires 30-day minimum rentals.

Refundable Security Deposit by Check is due 30 Days Prior to Check In/Or Optional Credit Card Hold 10 days prior to Check In. Refer to Contract amount /Or Per VRBO

Payment Examples: With Less than 180 days: A reservation made 179 days before arrival Renter must make first and second payment at the same time for a total of 60% of rental charges. A reservation made less than 119 days from arrival must make full payment.
