The views are incredible, day or night! Ideally located on the fairway of the 1st hole, over-looking the waterways and the beautiful clubhouse. The unit is just steps to one of the satellite 3 pools and a short walk to the clubhouse and main pool area. Grills are available at each satellite pool for your convenience. You'll feel instantly at ease as you unwind in the inviting ambiance of this 3rd floor corner unit 833 with elevator access to each floor.

Our condo is the “Bellini” model with a unique layout with both bedrooms in the front area of the condo, so you do not hear the golf course grass cutting early in the am since they typically start that at 6am to get the course ready for that day’s play. Open concept living room, kitchen, den is all facing the golf course side. The living room has super comfy leather reclining sofas and chairs.

Kitchen & bar area is fully equipped with everything you need for dining at home and entertaining. Choose between dining in the eat in kitchen or sip your morning coffee on the screened-in lanai as you watch golfers at hole 1, or just relax for the beauty in the sky with amazing sunset views to end your day.

If you need to do a little remote working then we have you covered with a large work desk area, desk chair, a wireless printer and speedy wi-fi throughout.

At the end of the day, retire to your sanctuary in your Master Suite with a special DUAL REMOTE CONTROLLED ADJUSTABLE KING BED and luxury linens promise a restful night's sleep. Fully stocked en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. The Master Bedroom has a Smart TV.

The second Queen bedroom is just as beautiful. From the decor to the luxury linens - no detail is left unnoticed. This bedroom also has a Smart TV and full closet loaded with hangars. Adjacent to this bedroom a full-size bathroom with tub/shower.

For guests the den has a twin pull out sleeper in the study area. Great accommodations for friends and family that might come to visit. 2 Bikes are included for usage with the community plus Tennis Rackets, 2 sets of Golf Clubs with walking carts and a variety of other fun activity toys.

Beach Supplies & Private Storage. This unit has an oversized storage unit which is the perfect place to keep your golf clubs. In the storage unit just outside your front door you will find beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, and pool supplies. No need to bring beach/pool towels as we provide it all!

There are multiple beaches within 15-25 minutes’ drive of Bonita National. When you're ready to indulge in some recreation, you'll find endless options at your fingertips.

*Social Membership transfer only (required) based on length of rental: $400/one month, $325/two months and $300/three months or more...social transfer provides you full access to all club amenities except golf (included is access to the championship tennis center, resort pool, all dining venues, special events, state of the art fitness center, spa, etc).
*Golf membership transfer (optional) at a one-time cost of $500 to transfer for full golf access. Greens/Cart fees still apply(Contact Pro-Shop for details on fees)

*Cleaning Fee: $450 per month (this includes a mid stay clean and check out deep cleaning.) Longer than month stays may have additional cleanings set up.
*Payment terms vary based on length of stay, dates, booked, etc. We require 30% at time of booking, 30% balance 5 months prior to day of arrival and remaining balance 60 days prior to arrival. Holiday weeks may be at a higher rate depending on length of stay.
