Our home is located at the Northern end of Mangawhai Heads Beach, with beautiful sea views. Within a gated subdivision, surrounded by both native bush and farmland. Enjoy the privacy, space and peace of the rural surrounds, and the convenience of being only a few minutes walk to the beach.

This is our family home - a new three bedroom home with two living areas, large outdoor areas and a huge lawn. In a truly beautiful position surrounded by native bush and rolling farmland and with ocean views.

Best of all, we have private beach access. The Northern end of Mangawhai Beach is only a few minutes walk from our property, all across private land. We are located within a private gated farm, beach access is shared between owners.

Our home has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room downstairs, with two sets of ranchsliders that open up to a large concrete outdoor living area (this area will be covered and have an outdoor fire in the coming months).

The kitchen has a small scullery. Full laundry and toilet also downstairs. The garage is not available for parking and we do use it for storage.

Upstairs is a second living area with a tv, this room has great sea views and opens to a large deck. The three bedrooms and one bathroom are also upstairs.

The bathroom is upstairs, there is a shower, no bath.

No smokers at all, even if you only smoke outside.
Absolutely no groups, parties, gatherings, loud music etc.
No pets, I’m sorry. Subdivision rules.
We will ask you to leave if the above rules are not respected - we stay at our bach nearby.

Please note - guests are not able to use the shared facilities that are in the development we are in - pool, tennis court etc. (These are not pictured).

Our place is still a bit of a work in progress, particularly our extended landscaping.

ABOUT THE AREA

Mangawhai is a small town approx. 1.5hr drive from Auckland. Mangawhai is renowned for its beautiful beach.

Our place is located in Mangawhai Heads, at the Northern End of Mangawhai.

Local cafes, restaurants, shops, playgrounds, Saturday farmers market, walking tracks (including the stunning Mangawhai Cliffs Walkway), golf course and supermarket are only a few minutes drive away.

Drive a little further and you have a choice of more gorgeous beaches with Langs and Waipu Cove just North of us and Te Arai and Forestry Beach South.

Likewise if you want more than the local golf course, world class Tara Iti and Te Arai Links are a short drive away, as is Waipu Golf Course.
