Great location

We had a great stay! The house is in a great location. It’s within walking distance to Pier Park and across the street from public beach access. The house was clean. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning from the balcony, watching the ocean. The road in front of the house is busy! During the day it’s not an issue, but it is loud until around 11pm. Great if you want to be in the action, not so great if you want to sleep.

“The yellow house”

Our family has been staying at “the yellow house” (name given by oldest grand girl) for many years! It truly feels like a second home to us. The booking process, the property, location, beach access, the privacy on the beach is all wonderful! So many memories have been made in PCB and most of them include “the yellow house”. See you soon!

Amazing, everything perfect

House was clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Electronics were up to date with smart tvs. Appliances were clean. Beds were nice. Was just perfect overall cant go wrong with this one.

We had a bad experience with Blue Swell Management Panama City Beach, Florida

We checked in on late Thursday afternoon. We woke up Friday morning and went to the beach. We were at the beach for 30 minutes and I received a call to meet the property manager back at the home. I met him back at the home and he said that we had 1 hour to vacate the premises. Apparently, a neighbor called and said that they seen our kids jumping off the 25 foot tall balcony into the back of a pickup truck. My wife and were appalled because that didn't happen. We still do not know why our kids were accused of doing that. I told the property manager to review the video footage to prove it, but he said there were no cameras even though the complex said there was video recording present. He told us that they had the authority to evict us and did not even need a reason under some sort of Florida Statue. We continued to argue back and forth for about 30 minutes. He made a few phone calls and eventually came to his senses to let us stay. I'm not a review writer but that was a stressful time to start off our vacation that we booked out one year in advance and I felt the need to share our experience with this company. We will go back to Panama City Beach but will not be using this company.

Great house and location!

House was perfect for our family of 4. It’s very convenient to the beach, restaurants, retail shops etc. We were able to walk to most everything.

This host can change your check-in from 4pm to 7pm

This host switched the check-in time from 4pm that is listed on VRBO to up to 7pm AFTER they have you pay the non-refundable payment. This seems like the old "bait and switch". This caused us to have to change our arrival time to not be hanging around waiting on them. Then they sent a text on the arrival day stating they would alert us of when we could check in but they NEVER sent a text say we could so we had to just go their ourselves to see if the door would open. So, a self-serving host that only cares about their bottomline and not the guests. They also sent an excessive amount of emails (8) and texts (7) prior to arrival needing photo ids, signature and a live photo which their app didnt work which then causes you to call them, only for them to tell you they know thier mobile app can't verify you so they put you through a bunch of unnnecessary hoops even after you've already paid them. The only decent thing about the experience was the location of the house.

BEST BEACH COTTAGE EVERRRRRRR

I LOVE THE COTTAGE. I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO STAY THERE, NUMBER 15 IN PARTICULAR BECAUSE IT'S YELLOW :). IT'S ALWAYS BOOKED WHEN I VISIT PCB. I GOT LUCKY. IT WAS MY DREAM. LOVED EVERY INCH OF IT AND EVERY MINUTE OF IT. BEST LOCATION TO EVERYTHING. PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT. CAN'T WAY TO STAY THERE AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Great location

Great location, close to Pier Park. As noted in previous reviews, this is not a place to go if you want quiet. The road noise is high and goes 24 hours. Also as noted in previous reviews, it was *clean enough*. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful.

Awesome Choice

We absolutely loved out stay at the cottage. The closeness to the beach and it's privacy is unmatched. We chose this spot because of how close it is to Pier Park and the fact we wouldn't have to fight for parking there. We loved walking to dinner and the shops in minutes. If you are looking for something other than a high rise, we strongly recommend this rental.

Perfect location

The house was perfectly located to beach and Pier Park. The house was quite and comfortable. It was not sparkling clean but clean enough. We had a great time and will stay here again!

Perfect small sized rental !!

This is a well maintained small rental!! Perfect for our family of 3. We had an issue with the coffee maker and it was replaced same day !! Only complaint we had is the lack of kitchen dishes. Seemed rather picked over and mismatched. Thank you for a lovely stay !

Great location for beach goers!

Upon arrival the cleanliness if the property was sub par for our standards in reflection of the cleaning fees. We did inform the management company, and they were receptive to the feedback. The condo was in pretty good shape given peak season, some small repairs needed to be done, but no deal breakers. Property was in great proximity to the beach and pier park, which was super convenient. All in all, a good weeks stay for our family.
