This property was great for our group of both kids and adults. The variety of sleeping options and proximity to restaurants and shopping was awesome.

We designed Memory Maker House to accommodate family, business travelers, kids, and pets all equally well. Our priorities included: - Local coffee (not just a starter set) - Mattresses to enable a great night's sleep (and they do) - Having what guests need We wanted it to feel like home, or like your favorite hotel. We welcome you back again and thanks, again.

We stayed here as a group for UNI Homecoming and had a great time. Proximity to campus was great, the home was kid friendly, and there was plenty of parking. We will be looking to book again in the future. We forgot something and reached out to the host after the fact and he responded quickly and was very helpful and accommodating.

Thank you for choosing Memory Maker House. We designed for a home that provides: - local coffee..all you can drink, not just a few pods - what you need for the weekend...it's no fun to have your first activity be a trip to Walmart - premium amenities like EV charger, Blackstone grill, outdoor deck/backyard - a wonderful mattress, for a great night's sleep We hope you will come back again!

The house was perfect for our family event. We were close to Waverly for a Wartburg graduation, played pickle ball, and had a lovely day downtown. The house was beautiful and well outfitted for a large group. We had plenty of room to play games and enjoy each others company.

Jesse, thanks for kind words. I'm glad you were able to use the pickleball courts - they are SO close and lit at night. Our design objective for the house was to create a place with enough space to spread out, and space to gather. We wanted to have everything our guests need. Making a trip to Walmart first thing is no fun. We hope you will stay with us again. Thanks!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was clean upon arrival and offered plenty of room for our entire group to spread out and feel comfortable. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing in the evening. The property is within walking distance to campus and the Hill. The host made the check-in process a breeze. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fantastic, spacious getaway—we would definitely stay here again!

Tracey thank you for choosing Memory Maker House. Our experience objective is to make your stay simple and feel like home. Cleanliness, great mattresses, coffee (not just starter set), and stocked with guests need - that’s what we’re after. We don’t want you to unpack and then go to Walmart for what isn’t available at the house. Thank you again. We welcome you back anytime.

Peggy, thanks for choosing Memory Maker House. Our design intent was to create an experience families would remember, fondly. That meant space where people could gather, but space where they could spread out. We wanted a place that felt like home away from home, and where all you needed to bring was your crew (and food). Thanks again for your stay, and come back again!

We made some wonderful memories at your memory maker home! Some of the things we enjoyed the most. Beautiful big porch, front and back. Fully stocked modern kitchen. Amenities for the little ones like a high chair, pack and play and baby toys. Central location for our family reunion and water park. There were 11 of us and there was Plenty of room for everyone. The host communicated well with us. Answered all questions we had in a timely manner. The home is beautifully updated but has an old world charm. We highly recommend the Memory Maker home!

This house certainly lives up to its name. So many great memories made during our 5 night stay. From the initial check in process communication with the host was always met with a quick and helpful responses. This pet friendly home has a great location. Super clean; two very comfortable living spaces for lots of room to visit and relax. Kitchen is huge with plenty of modern appliances. The Side Car coffee was excellent! The outside spaces including big roomy front porch, beautiful back deck and ground level patio complete with several Adirondack chairs provided ample room to enjoy the entire property. Bedrooms were wonderful accommodating us and our three adult children and spouses with super comfortable beds and the 3 restrooms (including a main level 1/2 bath) were much appreciated! The bonus of a garage and use of the Blackstone Grill was icing on the cake! The week was complete with fireflies in the backyard each evening! Pray we can make more memories here!
