Guest bedroom with Queen bed and a very spacious closet.

Both the master and guest bedrooms has blockout curtains, Air Conditioning, 2 nightstands with their lamp, a mirror on the wall, 24" onn. Smart Roku TV and remote-controlled ceiling fan that comes with Bluetooth connection.

It has a living room equipped with a flat-screen cable smart TV that measures 65 inches, desk with its chair, Air Conditioning, Sofa Bed suitable for two people to sleep, portable fan, and dining table with 6 chairs.

It comes with a well-equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and much more).

There is a laundry area inside de apartment equipped with an all-in-one washing-dryer machine.

We offer free high-speed WIFI (Ethernet availability as well). And, for your convenience, HOT WATER and an INVERTER that in case the light goes out will turn on automatically.

Nagua is home to this apartment and it is 0,8 miles from its center. Just a few steps from Dr. Antonio Yapor Heded hospital, pharmacy, gas station, hardware and grocery stores. The residential area is very quiet, is private and it’s fenced with an electric gate.

We should mention that Las Américas International Airport (SDQ) is about 90 minutes away from the apartment and Samaná-El Catey International Airport (AISA) is only a 30 minutes drive. Cayos Las Ballenas is a local attraction and the natural beauty of the area can be seen in Playa de Nagua and Playa Balnerio Arroyo Salado.
