Situated just steps away from the tranquil shores of Lake Erie, Stargazer Haven offers access to the water for swimming, sailing, and sunbathing on the dock. Take leisurely walks to nearby shops, where you can treat yourself to delicious ice cream delights or explore unique souvenirs. For active guests, the park and shuffleboard courts are conveniently located nearby, providing endless opportunities for outdoor enjoyment. Perfect Location

Stayed a week at this perfectly located house in Lakeside Chataqua on Lake Erie. Lots of rooms and beds and bathrooms for our extended family. Had everything we needed. Communication with owner very easy and responsive.

Great experience

Beautiful updates to this cottage. Perfect for our large family. Cleanest rental we have ever experienced. The mattresses were awesome as well. Highly recommend this landlord & her cottage.

Lovely home for big families close to everything

We had a great weekend at Stargazer Haven with extended family. Kate has done a great job updating the house. There were tons of comfortable beds, kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc., and there were some nice extras—pickleball paddles, mini golf clubs, chalk, etc. This is a great home for families on a quiet street. The location couldn’t be better—close to the lake and downtown area. Kate was really helpful when we had questions. We highly recommend this home.

The house needs a lot of work . no bathroom door other bathrooms no locks . bedroom doors don't close and bathroom dont lock. smoke detector doesn't work, Front steppes are deadly handrail wobbles. There is no ware to put your clothes no storage in rooms. the showers leak water when open doors to get out makes a huge mess. The upstairs steppes are very dangerous for children if they stay here no railing on right side going down could fall in dark. For the money this property is a rip off. we have rented for 5 years this is the worst place to rent.

When the opportunity arose to purchase Stargazer Haven, I knew I had to seize it. The decision was driven by the desire to not only continue creating memories with my own family but also to share this incredible Lakeside experience with guests like you. One of the main reasons this house stood out to me was its rare size - a spacious six bedrooms and three and a half baths. In a community where finding accommodations for larger families can be a challenge, Stargazer Haven truly stands out as a gem.

Upon acquiring the property, I was thrilled to embark on a series of renovations and updates to enhance the guest experience. Adding more beds to accommodate additional guests, installing a washer and dryer for added convenience, and completely renovating the living, dining, and kitchen areas were just a few of the improvements made. We spared no detail in updating all the bedrooms and bathrooms, from removing old wallpaper and furniture to repainting the walls, ensuring a fresh and welcoming ambiance throughout.
