The condo was very nice-clean and great access to the beach! Hot tub on property was broke most of the time we were there. Also states there is a snack/drink stand by the pool- it had a sign up saying it was closed for the season.

This place is as exactly described!!! The place was clean and comfy huge balcony door that slide open and let the sounds and wind of the gulf come thru and the balcony does face the gulf as well and the beds were comfy too. Really good hot water and no one had a cold shower if we all showered one after another. Easy check in. The parking kinda had me turned around but I figured it.out. And it’s in a great area, a lot of restaurants and pier park was a short walk away

WE LOVED THIS CONDO!

We loved everything about this condo. It was even better than the pictures. Its absolutely the most tasteful and lovely condo we have rented at Aqua. Its head and shoulders better than anything else. The balcony was huge and the 7th floor was the perfect floor. Great Stay, thank you to Ashley with Warren Beach Rentals for being so helpful. I really enjoyed dealing with that company, they made the trip easy.

All very nice,

It would be nice if the bedrooms were more toward the interior instead of right off the entrance. The kitchen faucet is loose, Instructions about expectations at departure would be nice, in hard copy in the unit instead of the email just before departure. Very happy with the stay and Warren beach rentals did not disappoint.

Great time!

The unit was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. They do include two chairs and an umbrella with the rental, so we didn’t have to pay any rental fee on the beach. The location of the condo is convenient and close to shopping and entertainment. We did have a small issue with the air conditioner which was resolved very quickly by a responsive maintenance staff. I would definitely book with Warren Beach Rentals again!

The room was very nice & beautiful but wasnt cleaned. Had crumbs on the furniture,carpet,stove was dirty on the knobs. The worst thing of all was the master shower, it looked like it had been cleaned until you got in there & there was hair everywhere I was so grossed out I had to get out.The bed sheets were sideways on the bed & after everything else I had no faith if they had even been changed at that point. Also was never given any code to get in the garage or condo, pools,etc. We were lucky to see a maintenance man who helped us in the garage & told us that it happens all the time with VRBO. We texted Warren to tell them of all our problems & how we couldnt sit on the furniture cause it had food on it. All I was ever told is I will tell my team about this & Im sorry. Never got back with us till the next day after I told them I found a sweeper & swept the furniture & floor. Also had to clean the toilets more also wasnt cleaned undernealth the seat!! They then said my team can come back & clean WHY? then? I had already cleaned.They should have sent someone that night. Also I found the shower the next day I ask for some kind of comp & never got any kind of answer except Im sorry. This was our Anniversary,& we lost our 35 yr old son in March so we are grieving our only son & needed our time away & this was not the way I was expecting it to turn out to be!
