The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls is a gated luxury tiny home community in southeast Tennessee. The community is only 15 minutes from the University of the South in Sewanee.
The space
This one bedroom, one bathroom tiny home features a queen bed and twin bunk on the main floor, and a queen bed in the loft space.
Guest access
The home has two porches, each with seating areas, in addition to a shared fire pit. There is also a picnic bench/table for outdoor dining.
