Family ski vacation

Great condo in close proximity to Breckenridge. Bedrooms are spread across 4 levels allowing everyone to stretch out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Yes, the host was welcoming and informative. Only comment, was unaware of the three flights of stairs. Didn’t note it mentioned in the description. We were luckily able to navigate but others may not. Otherwise had everything we needed at the house. Enjoyed the proximity of the house to the ski lift and downtown Breckenridge. We had a wonderful time and made many memories. Thank you.

Great Stay

The condo was great for a trip of 9 of us. There was plenty of space for a mix of couples and non couples. They were prompt on questions and had everything we needed, including a crock pot!

Great location, very roomy, great for a family ski trip. Better than the photos! Would definitely stay there again, only complaint hot tub was a bit grimy, no way to test water.

Great Location!

We rented this condo in July because of the location and it was even better than we anticipated. There is a beautiful creek out the back door. We had a great time exploring the trail beside the creek. The other thing we really liked is that almost every window we looked out of, there were Spruce trees so we didn't even know we had neighbors! We rented all four floors of this condo so we had a lot of room for our group of 11. The kids made use of the pool but be aware that no towels are provided. We did have a problem with two of the four TV's in the condo but it wasn't too big of a deal since we had plenty to do!

We are so glad you liked Pinecreek! Those views of the surrounding trees and the beautiful Upper Blue River really make this property special. We recommend having all four floors for groups your size so you can have both living areas and so many master bedrooms (all the TV's work now). We want to welcome you back to Breckenridge soon!

Great Place close to QuickSilver Lift

We really enjoyed being able to take a short 10min walk down to the Quicksilver lift. The Garage was nice and open and fit our large SUV without any issues. This was nice on check out day as we had 1 foot of snowfall overnight.The hot tub fit 3 people, but we just took turns and it has a really nice bench that gives a great massage on the legs. Overall the kitchen was well stocked. It had good appliances most of what we needed.I didn't call about adding some more glasses and coffee mugs, but that can be easily addressed. Our group was small this year only 6 so it didn't matter much.We did ask to get the fireplace fixed and that was immediately addressed! :) Much appreciated.The ski rack in the garage was also a major plus as we fit all of our equipment there.Overall this is a great property for the price. It's not fully updated, but we still enjoyed it. I would stay again.

Great spot for a ski trip

This property was well priced, in a walkable location for skiing and going out on the town. It has a refreshing creek view from the patio and all 3 porches including the one with the hot tub.

Location was great!

Condo is in an excellent location close to the lifts and village, we were able to walk to everything we needed while there! Layout of the condo was awesome, there was plenty of room for a large group! It was also very quiet, no listening to anyone else snore which was awesome! The unit could definitely use some updates, we basically froze the whole time we were there, not sure the heat works in any of the rooms, only the living room and top room (both with fireplaces) were warm/ decent temperatures. Bedding was see through and very scratchy, beds not so comfy either. Overall the location was great and the unit served it’s purpose but we likely wouldn’t stay here again unless updates were made so that everyone was comfortable. For the price we we’re definitely a little disappointed compared to other places we’ve previously stayed in Breck.

We rented the entire 4 bedroom for 3 couples and 3 children. There was more than enough space for everyone. The home was very clean and included everything you could really hope that a rental home would have. The location was great. It was a pretty easy walk to the village or to Main Street. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful view with occasional wildlife. We will stay here again when in Breckenridge and will use Peak Properties anytime we can in the future. Thank You

Amazing Ski Weekend in Breck

This place is huge -much bigger than the photos can show. Hot tub was awesome, and there was plenty of sleeping space for our group of 8. Highly recommend!
