Property was very clean and nice easy access to the beach. I loved it very much and will be going back probably next year. It was very convenient. Having a store in a restaurant right across the street. We like the idea of gated community.

Communication with the host was excellent! The condo is spacious. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes, glasses and pots/pans which suited our needs. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus. Both beds are king and very comfortable. The balcony with ocean view was spectacular. Would definitely stay again

Great location, unit is nice, although dated looking. The bedroom with the bunk beds is supposed to be a king bed, but it is two beds pushed together and the mattresses are slightly different sizes, so less than ideal. Location of building is great, beach is terrific!

We appreciate your comments. Our updates are scheduled in November and in January. The king bed, is offered as a choice of two single beds or one king bed. We will make it clearer in our listing as to the single mattresses until our remodel in November. Kathy

Easy check in and room was set up nicely with snacks and waters waiting. View was perfect. Wish there were air vents in restrooms. Perfect place for 5 adults.

We really liked this condo. The decorations were cute and appropriate. I had forgotten my shampoo and was happy when I saw shampoo easily available. Push hand soap was nice also. The host made sure I got the correct gate code and we appreciated the comments on how to get to our parking spot. The elevators were never slow, so from the covered parking to our room was fast and easy. You can walk across the street to the restaurant. Device plug ins by the bed were very helpful.

Perfect spot for our family of 5. Everything was clean and being able to do laundry was very convenient. The view from the balcony is amazing! Hope to stay here again next year.

This was the perfect place to stay. The condo is very nice with a beautiful view of the beach. It had everything we needed from a washer and dryer to all the cookware and utensils to fix dinner in, if we wanted. The location was perfect! It was close to many very good eateries with lots of options of things to do. The owner checked in several times during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. We will be back!

The condo was great, and Kathy was easy to communicate with. The condo is right on the beach with great views, just as the pictures show. Bedrooms are good sized, and the beds are comfortable (one mattress was a little softer and one a little more firm, which suited us perfectly.) The living room furniture is comfortable and the entire condo was nicely decorated and very homey. Several beach towels were provided too. We were able to rent beach chairs (even though we were there during the end of September and early November). Water pressure in both showers is great. Plenty of dishes, cookware, etc were provided. Most condos we've stayed at in the past supply provide only one or two dishwasher tablets, but Kathy provides several, plus plenty of dishwashing liquid and handsoap. The unit contains a front loading washer and dryer, but there's also a laundry room in the basement parking garage. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we had a dedicated parking spot in the parking garage and a second parking pass for the lot. Last, the condo is directly across the street from Peg Leg Pete's, one of our favorite restaurants in Pensacola Beach. If you're looking to do a dolphin tour, we did one through the Jolly Dolphin company that was great.

Property was very nice. Very we kept. Access to beach, peg legs, and pool will keep us coming back. Not first time we've stayed at San Succi. We'll always try this property first.

Tim, I appreciate the compliment "amazing", but somehow we fell short with an 8 out of 10. I just wish you had let me know within a couple of hours of your arrival what the issue was with the cleaning. We like to make sure our guest are taken care of and we could have rectified the issue had I just known. My housekeeper mentioned that you tracked her down to get into the wrong condo. Nowhere in the information I to you sent you was anything mentioned about Unit 202, which is not my condo. I have no idea how you came up with that unit number. None of the messages I sent to you mentioned unit 202. The information vrbo sent to you 3 days before your arrival gave you the correct condo number . I assume this is why you gave the lower rating on communication. This is why I request guest to tell me personally rather than in the review. The 8 out of 10 negatively affects my position on the listing, based on the algorithm vrbo uses.

Our host, Kathy, was great. Amenities were perfect. This condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The ocean front view was spectacular. The proximity to restaurants was perfect. We loved being so close to Gulf Island National Seashore, Fort Pickens and the Naval Aviation Museum. Would definitely recommend.
