Located on one of the most popular streets in Beaufort, yet hidden by an abundance of trees (including mossy oaks and magnolias) on almost an acre lot, will make you forget you are right in town, within walking distance to downtown.
Spacious home comprising of 4 beds, 3.5 baths (2 en-suites, one jack and Jill, and one powder room), large living room, second sitting area, dining room, kitchen, laundry area and screened patio. Enjoy the magnificent views from not only many of the rooms, but also the screened porch, with entry from the living room as well as the dining room. Televisions can be found in the dining room, living room and each of the bedrooms. Ideal for couples, larger families or multi-family.
Many essentials included: kitchen supplies (premium dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, Keurig and standard coffee maker, etc), towels, linens, hair dryers, iron and board, and much more!
