Située à quelques pas du sable, cette unité basse ouverte et spacieuse est parfaite pour une escapade à la plage. Le grand patio inférieur offre une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan pour regarder la plage du soleil au coucher du soleil. L'unité est également livré avec 1 place de parking carport (plus de détails ci-dessous), une buanderie commune à pièces et lave-vaisselle. Il y a aussi des ventilateurs de plafond pour vous aider à rester au frais les nuits chaudes sur la plage. C’est l’un des plans d’étage les plus grands que vous verrez sur la péninsule de Balboa. Endroit idéal pour passer vos soirées à manger dehors sur la terrasse ou votre matinée en dégustant votre café au son des vagues.

Made a quick visit to Newport and stayed there. Awesome house, accurate description. Everything looks like it’s been newly redone. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location and Stay

The rental is exactly as depicted in the listing with plenty of basics provided such as Shampoo, Body Wash as well as ample cooking basics. We loved how kid friendly the bottom unit was being able to play in the outdoor patio area as well as the rental’s close proximity to the beach(literally two houses down). The rental unit is fully updated with a/c and we loved the steaming service and ample channels as well on the tv which helped for rainy days. Would definitely rebook again!

Perfect beach rental!!

We had the best time staying at this Neport rental!! You are a block away from the beach where they have volleyball nets and a short walk to the pier. The patio was our favorite place to be together. Its spacious and well equiped to seat multiple people. The inside of the house was larger than the pictures which was a nice surprise. I loved that the rooms were seperated by a hallway to allow more privacy. Kitchen was perfectly equiped with everything we needed! The property manager was very responsive. Would stay here again and highly recommend!!

The location and remodel of this house are great. I love the large downstairs patio. More attention to detail and some upgrades can make this house five stars. Cleaning always lacks … they really need to get light switches/kitchen cabinets. There is always food splatter and the switches are dirty. Whoever comes in after us is always lucky! I go through and wipe all touch surfaces down before we unpack. The master bed is extremely uncomfortable. Could use an upgraded mattress. We’ve stayed three times in this unit. Overall, it’s nice. I just wish there was more attention to cleaning and some furniture upgrades to beds and couch. Pillows on couch were dirty. I cover the couch for our stay. I know hundreds stay at this rental, but it would be nice to not see remnants of this fact.

Wonderful location,, home and management company

The rental has all the amenities you will need for your stay. My family enjoyed the modern yet cozy vibe of the place. When we’re not walking around on the beach (too cold to get in the water), or strolling around to the shops and restaurants by the boardwalk (all centrally located), we stayed home and enjoyed home cooked meals in the modern, well equipped kitchen. It rained and stormed a bit while so we got to send some quality time inside playing games we brought and watching movies. Answers to questions renters ask: Beds are foam mattresses, not my thing but it was comfortable enough. Water pressure is amazing. Takes a minute for the water to warm up but when it does. Oh la la. Parking spot is clutch. Parking is hard during the week and beach season. Noises: Street noise is non-existent, but the indoor noises is audible when the heating/HVAC was on. We turn it off at night while we were sleeping. Lastly, the management company was very communicative and helpful. All and all we had a great stay. The only regret we had was forgetting to take our frozen Thin Mints out of the freezer when we left. Oh yeah it was Girl Scout cookie season in So Cal when we visited. Enjoy the host and the Thin Mints.

Host was fast to respond to any questions.One hard thing was the parking spot was really small and narrow. So hard to get our car in and out. We have a Toyota Grand Highlander.

Cute beach house

We loved this house!! Very clean and cute. The location is amazing in the heart of Newport Beach and steps from the sand. Checking in and out we’re very easy. Lots of towels, beach towels and stocked kitchen for easy cooking. The only thing I want to make a note of is the parking situation. Had we brought our truck, we wouldn’t have been able to park. We have a small SUV that just barely fit in the carport provided for the unit. It was very difficult to get in and out of, as it was a small carport spot. Just don’t bring your giant vehicle and you’ll be fine! Neighborhood was very quiet and we loved sitting outside on the patio!! The house was decorated perfectly. Would love to stay here again.

Fabulous property!

This property was so clean and updated. It was easy to use and easy to clean and vacate. It is absolutely beautiful! The kitchen is lovely and functional, everything was there that we needed. The patio was delightful and the beach faucet and foot wash container were appreciated. Loved this unit!
