Our newly renovated beautiful townhome is now an upstairs and downstairs 4 bedroom plus family room. This designer’s home is a modern and casual beauty that comfortably sleeps 9. Upstairs you will find a spacious living room with the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. Downstairs has a large family room with a daybed, stylish wet bar, game table, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and an outdoor patio. Located in one of Newport's quieter neighborhoods, this property is just a one minute walk to one of the best and least crowded beaches in town. With only one attached wall to your neighbors this beautifully furnished 2 story is all yours so there will be no strangers making noise above you. This home comes with two parking spots in the garage just for you. Located on a residential side street, it is an easy, safe and short walk to the beach. Conveniently located and within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, parks, playgrounds and tennis courts.

Overall we had a great stay in Newport. The house is beautiful and so perfectly located. We enjoyed the two minute walk to an amazing beach. The best part of this place is two parking places in the garage. You can't beat the reserved space especially this close to the beach. Plenty of close food, coffee and grocery. We were there on a very hot weekend and at times the beach house got too warm despite the portable air conditioner. By evening the fans were enough to make it more tolerable. We used the kitchen several times and the appliances were new and easy to use.

Family get away!

This property is the perfect beach get away. It is clean, roomy, and walking distance to the beach. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. You never know what you’re going to get but this home exceeded our expectations. Would definitely love to come back.

Get visit to Newport Beach!!

We had a trip with my family (4 kids) and my in laws. It went great! The space worked perfect for our setup. This home is really nice and it’s been recently refinished with some great modern updates. Location is also wonderful with it being a 25 second walk to the beach. Communication with the landlord was easy and they were very attentive. I would stay again in a heartbeat.Thanks!!

Perfect Beach Getaway with Comfort and Style

We loved our stay at this beautiful Newport Beach home—just a block from the sand and an easy walk to great restaurants and shops. The décor was stylish, the home was spotless, and having a dedicated garage parking spot was a big plus. We had one minor issue that was resolved immediately, which we really appreciated. I was speaking at a conference in Huntington Beach and was so grateful to return each evening to such a peaceful, well-designed home near the beach. The two kitchens make it perfect for sharing with others, but it was ideal for just my husband and me. We’d love to stay again!

From check in to check out, our experience was perfect! We received a very thoughtful and generous gift upon arrival. The house was so clean, so spacious and so beautiful with natural light and sea breeze!! My family wanted to stay forever!! The walk to the ocean was literally 2 minutes and perfect for my mom and daughter who are both fighting cancer. We will definitely stay here any time we visit CA!!

This little beach bungalow was perfect for our stay in Newport! The property manager is extremely communicative, friendly, and hospitable. We had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our time there, including a cooler, beach towels, chairs, etc. to take to the beach. Comfy beds, outdoor space with grill, gas fireplace inside- we loved it all! The (garage) parking space is definitely an added bonus!

A Perfect Stay

This property was the perfect size a location for the weekend visit we planned. The check in was seamless as was checkout. The joy of taking a cup of coffee each morning steps to the beach made for an unforgettable way to start each day. The property manager was beyond superb in the attention to detail and hospitality upon arrival. I look forward to my next stay at this property.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was perfect for our first vacation with our 7 month old. The owners were so kind and communicative. The property was so clean and welcoming. The best part is being a short walk to the beach. If you are having doubts on coming, here is your sign to just do it.

Worth every star

This place is every bit as lovely as the photos! I came to Newport Beach for a weekend trip to go sailing and the annual Newport Beach International Boat Show. Coming back to this rental was the cherry on top of each beautiful day we spent on the water. One unexpected joy of this VRBO was the water pressure. It was like a warm massage each morning. It was so good, I've gone out and bought the same shower head! TMI? No way. You will 100% enjoy this rental. Worth every penny.

Great lower level flat. Not even two blocks from the beach. Garage parking. Amazing and responsive host. Great value. Comfy. Perfect for our little family of three.

An excellent location with a great vibe

I will definitely book this place in the future. It was a perfect size for my teen son and myself, and we both loved the tasteful decor. Location was so close to my mom's assisted living and having the beach just 90 seconds away was such a treat. We walked down to the pier multiple times, and it was just glorious for two PNWers, weary from the winter grey and damp. I was grateful to David in being helpful and patient during the booking process (I made a silly error that was a hassle to overcome with VRBO), and communication was excellent. Although the flat is very serene in terms of vibe, we were definitely aware of the upstairs neighbor as well as a bit of traffic noise outside. The keypad is somewhat sticky, and we had a bit of panic in trying to get in on our arrival very late at night. And for those anxious about the security of their stuff, this might not be a comfortable choice due to an unusual interior door situation and the lack of lock between the flat and the upstairs unit. But the positives definitely outweigh those negatives, and I would recommend highly! PS: Simple tip for improvement--Decaf coffee drinkers always appreciate having a supply of appropriate pods to meet their needs. : )

Comfortable and clean near the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this cute place walking distance from the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. Property manager quickly responded to a minor issue that came up. Would love to stay here again!

Great Little Getaway; Close to Beach

This is a great place to stay in Newport Beach. Walking distance to the beach, and a variety of shops and restaurants. It was clean, and comfortable. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.
