Quiet & Comfy Stay

Travelled to PHX for some business meetings. Looking for a quiet spot where I could rest and do some work between meetings. This was perfect for me! The space was super cute - think Under the Tuscan Sun - and efficiently designed. The Murphy bed was comfy and the kitchenette stocked for morning coffee (greatly appreciated!). Little patio opened up to the yard where Barb’s two Goldens romped with friends. Barb was a great host and made sure I was comfortable with the dogs. Check-in/out was super easy and chill. Thanks, Barb for a lovely stay. I hope to see you again!

Cute place off the beaten path

This place is little, but what I was looking for on my cross-country trek. And getting to spend time on the patio with Harry and Murphy (dogs) was exactly what I needed after a long drive. The Murphy Bed was cool and comfortable.

Brief overnight stay

Bed easy to access and comfortable to sleep in. Large shower ! Fridge kept our drinks cold !Quiet location, simple Uber access. Wish we had more time to enjoy the porch !

The property was very clean, but a little run down. we had no WiFi and I messaged the owner to ask for help, but I never got a response. Not the end of the world but it should have worked. Also blanket on bed looked as though it had seen better days. We still enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

A short stay

Barbara’s place was wonderful. Easy to find from the airport and in a peaceful neighborhood. I was greeted with a nice note on the desk when I arrived and the rooms were all very tidy. I even slept very well on the Murphy bed. I look forward to the next time I am in Phoenix as I will look to rent from Barbara again.

Great!

We only stayed one night, but had a great time! The place was very close to Downtown Phoenix. The bathroom was nice and fully stocked. The dogs were absolutely adorable and so friendly. The space was very comfortable and cozy!

My stay for 4 nights went well. There is a designated spot in the driveway for you to park. The room has a kitchenette with smaller fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishes and utencils. The bed is a murphy double bed so at 6'3 my feet were hanging a bit over the end and it wouldn't be comfortable for me and my wife who are accustomed to king size. However I slept no problem as this was a solo business trip. Communication with owner was prompt, friendly, and good. I did my running at night in the local neighborhood and it seemed fine and there were alot of people walking their dogs and saying hello. I think when driving to the south 3/4 mile away at Thomas street and beyond that it starts to feel a little less well kept. Going north was good. The dogs are definitely friendly and ready for a pet if you want to. I'd stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

Very clean and at a convenient location. The entire process of booking, checking-in, and checking-out was very smooth. Will definitely consider this place again for future visits.

Just Right!

My husband and I needed a place for a couple of nights and this definitely filled the need. The place was clean, had everything we needed and accommodated my husband in a wheelchair perfectly. The bonus was the 2 golden retrievers😊.

We had our own designated parking spot. So easy to bring our things inside. Neighborhood was very quiet & homes were well maintained. The location of this place was perfect. The surrounding area was close to places to eat & access to major roads.
