The house was exactly what we were expecting. Plenty of room for us and it was very clean. Many of the sinks leak around the faucets and the switches are backwards ("on" is the usual "off" position and vice versa) and the main shower's hot and cold positions are switched from a usual set up. However, none of this impacted our stay. The host answered all questions that arose. And the location was excellent! We would stay here again!
I enjoyed my stay at this property. 2 weeks of golf and a nice clean place to rest. Property owner was very responsive when there was communication. Had no issues with the property at all. Quiet neighborhood.
Convenient location 30 seconds from kierland golf course. Plenty of restaurants and fry’s or Safeway very close by. House is outdated. So many light switches that don’t work or were disconnected. Master shower had no hot water but everywhere else in the house did. Owner wanted pictures and video to show a plumber, once i sent those all i got was a “received”. 6 days of taking a bath instead of a shower. Hall way shower was working but being used by 2 others in the mornings. If the house gets updated they could make it a very nice VRBO with a great location. Location is the best part of this house
Initial Check-in issues but resolved and great stay.
I checked-in on the first day with no problems. On day two the battery on the automatic lock on the front door went dead. I was unable to get in for a few hours but then the host took time away from her work to come and provide me with the garage door opener. The property was well-kept although older and not up-dated. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. There were young families walking around throughout the day. Restaurants were plentiful and nearby. There was a grocery store with a Starbucks within a 3 minute drive. I really enjoyed my stay and stay at this property again.

Not for a Long Stay
Great location, very nice property that needs maintenance and updating. When we arrived the dishwasher didn’t work and hadn’t for some time, coffee maker didn’t work (immediately fixed), one shower the faucet was broken (finally myself 14 days in to stay), rugs were stained badly, one bedroom very bad (rugs shampooed third day we were there, grill an antique with no grilling equipment (borrowed from friend) no laundry equipment (my error for not checking), beautiful screen porch (screen broken in many places and no outside Patio furniture. Owner very responsive with emails, very poor with actions. Kitchen very poorly stock (went out and purchased - local charity when we got home). Works for short two day stay, not recommended from a month like we did.
Great Location and Price. Everything else not so good...
The title sums it up. I booked this property last summer when it only had one one review. I watched as the reviews got worse. But, I never rebooked because of the great location and price. Spent 24 days.Cleanliness was good. On the surface all was clean. Check-in process went well. Communication was great until the end. Has a few issues at first that were promptly addressed. The last week the coffee pot broke. We bought a cheap one to get us through. I told Ardeen that I could leave the pot for 20. Also asked for check out instructions. No reply?I knew not to expect any patio furniture or BBQ before I arrived. I was surprised that there was no washer or dryer. Something I expect with a long term rental. The house needs many repairs. Just about every faucet has a leak/drip. Every light fixture has a burnt out bulb. Many of the light switches do not work. The cabinet floor under the kitchen sink has collapsed because of water damage. Not sure where the owners want to do with this property. Certainly don't want to make it a great rental. It certainly has a lot of potential.
Deceptively, and surprisingly LARGE! A lot of space and so much potential. We reached out to the owner to let them know about the issues, hopefully they are fixed. Not well maintained. From our group, 2 people were able to make the front door lock work. The lock is a very low-end lock. Once you're inside, there is so much space! When we arrived, terrible smell! That seemed to clear up once there was air movement, or we went smell-blind.Spots all over the carpeted areas that we would guess is from pet and it not being cleaned up very well. There are two HVAC units, one seemed to work (heat the house as we were there in cold weather) while the other circulated very cold air in the kitchen. The kitchen presented clean on the surface, but opening anything revealed very little or no effort to clean or maintain. Under the sink is completely deteriorated from a previous water leak and the filtered water faucet constantly leaks. All of this was enough to ensure we did not cook during our stay and chose to eat out instead. Coffeemaker was broken. Hot water was "weird." Sink faucets all reliably had hot water, but the shower/tub struggled to have hot water if we could get it at all. Back patio is in a state of disrepair with a pile of refuse up against the house. The provided Internet connection is a T-Mobile hotspot, so expect latency. Verizon reception was very poor in this neighborhood. There is a lot of potential with this house, it could use a lot of TLC.
