This south facing 1 queen and 2 twins bedroom and 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4, with a full kitchen and walkout balcony is located on the 10th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort. This stunning property features brand new Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring throughout, providing a modern and elegant touch. The Daytona Beach Resort offers an array of amenities that truly enhance the resort-style living experience. You'll have access to 2 oceanfront pools and 1 kids pool perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, as well as an oceanfront Tiki bar and Fire Pit. If you prefer indoor activities, you can take advantage of the indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, full bar/restaurant space, fitness center, and laundry facilities conveniently located within the building. There is an ice machine in the same floor level of our unit, by the elevator.

The resort also offers bike rentals, allowing you to explore the beautiful beachfront at your leisure. Whether you're looking to unwind or seek adventure, this property offers the perfect balance. Convenience is another major advantage of this location, with shops and restaurants right at your doorstep.

The Daytona Beach Resort is located near popular stores like Marshalls, Walgreens, Bealls, Five Below, and Dollar Tree. This means that you will be shopping and dining just a stone's throw away, making your stay more convenient and enjoyable.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

I wish I had read the reviews!! So many things wrong with this place!! Called the contact host on night 1 when we arrived to no parking (and no idea where to park as the parking garage was closed) and was met with “it’s after 9pm, I’m the manager, and I do not work this late”. Bed was broken in the middle (so therefore the hubby and I rolled to the middle all night), condo was filthy, couldn’t see out the “walkout” balcony the doors were so gross, there was what looked like mouse droppings in the refrigerator, crap on the floor, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, parking was awful and we were told to go park behind a Dennys across 4 lanes of traffic. Shower was enclosed but there was no shower door, only a rod laying on top of the enclosure. I wish I could upload the photos I took! Called several times to try to remedy the situation and they acted as if we were an inconvenience. Only stayed 1 night and they refused to refund any of the money!! I’m sure I left something out but you get the gist of it!! DO NOT STAY IN THIS CONDO!!!

Very convenient location

The owner was very communicative and allow us an early check in if needed, which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay

This we a renovated condo which was nice to have in Daytona beach without having to break an arm and a leg. Host was good to work with. There was only one blanket and would have been nice to have an additional one. Parking was easy and overall had a good experience. I’d stay here again which is more than I can say for ALOT of placing is Daytona…
