Cozy 1BD Beach Retreat, 2Bath

Escape to our beach retreat! This cozy 1BR, 2BA cottage sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy a movie when the weather isn't cooperating, hang at the beach or gather around the firepit under the stars. Just 5 minutes from Lexington, our location offers convenience and serenity. Perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing getaway by the lake! **Please note that there is another home on this property however you have a private home that is not in view of the main home**

You will need a car to explore everything Lexington and Port Sanilac have to offer!

-One dog is allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. There is an additional fee to bring your dog.
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 2 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
