Maple Gardens - 3 Bedroom Lake Access Home

New listing, new everything. Fully loaded kitchen and the home is furnished with towels. We spared no expense at renovating this lake access home. Walking distance to the Lexington Heights beach. Local boat ramp for small boats or wave runners. Dual outside decks. Plenty of parking. Located 1.5 hours from DTW or 20 miles north of Port Huron. This home is 1,200 square feet. Sleeps up to 8.
All the televisions are ROKU. Each one has the AT&T app set up on the TV. It is a blue room. You can bring your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Also, if you have home cable you can bring your user name and password and watch everything your home cable provides.

The volume on the remote is on the side of each remote. The remotes are located in a holder on the wall next to the TV.

The house is loaded with all kitchen amenities. There is a Ninja 5 in 1 cooker that works great on bacon, steak, burgers, etc. We also have a pressure cooker above the refrigerator.

If you go to Lexington the better places in town are the Sports Pub and Steiss Pizza. If you want breakfast, Wimpy’s in Lexington is good.

If you head to M-25 and go south 1/3 of a mile, there is Water Tower Pub. They have all Michigan microbrews and excellent pizza. They also have carry-out.

A great stay close to the beach

The property was immaculate, with all needed amenities. The main bathroom was above and beyond, with both a tub and a shower and even a TV to watch while in the tub! It was a few minutes walk to the beach, so the location was great. A great place to stay in Lexington!

Heavenly Rental

This might be one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in! Beautifully remodeled and appointed. Very accommodating and friendly hosts. Comfortable cloud-like beds, beach house charm, and a soaker bathtub that I wanted to live in. Was perfect for us, grandparents, and an 8yo. We had an amazing stay and will absolutely rent this house again. It was so relaxing to stay here for a few days! You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful spot ina wonderful neighborhood.

Great spot just a little ways away from Lexington. Neighborhood was great. Quite but always people walking around. The private beaches of the neighborhood are great. Wonderful places to eat near by

Lexington Port Huron Visit

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Relaxing and well appointed. The lake is beautiful. We will book this one again.

This property was very comfortable and super clean. The only issue was that the communication was a little confusing with regards to who I was speaking with. For example, the listing says “Michael” is your host, but direct communications came from Joseph & Megan. However, that didn’t cause any problems because the communication was quick and I always received full answers to my questions. Joseph also came to the house within minutes to fix a simple issue when I needed it. I would definitely recommend staying at this home for any vacation need.

Nice michigan lake cottage

The place was immaculate, very nice, cool, and plenty of room. We were going to a family reunion up in Carsonville, so this was ideal before and after the event. We really enjoyed the lake, especially for some of us rock hounds. The street was nice and quiet, and it was fun walking to the beach and seeing all the beautiful cottages with lovely gardens. Lexington was just a short drive up the road, and we could get very out from one of the many establishments.

Dont hesitate on this one! Just book it! I cant say enough great things about this place. Clean is an understatement! You'll have everything you need, the beach is gorgeous, and the wonderful village of Lexington is less than a 5 minute drive away!

The property was great! I was able to have a fire, my sister took a lovely bath, and we visited the beach every day! The beds were nice, and the house was clean. Everything was pretty perfect. It would have been nice if there were more cleaning supplies. My sister and i like to keep things clean and there was no windex. I was so happy to have a hair dryer in the bathroom. I should have asked because i brought mine. Haha. All in all, we had a great stay! Your response time was great. Thank you!

Beautiful property and location

This home has been remodeled very well. We really appreciated the amenities: washer/dryer, dishwasher, games, patio furniture, the split bedroom plan. One recommendation-a night light or lamp in a few rooms. That will just help in the evening when overhead lighting is turned off. Honestly, great rental !!

The Property was very nice. It was clean, quiet and in a very good location. We found a couple of issues that we made the host aware of right away. He was quick to reply and offered to come and fix them. I said it was fine, just thought he should know before any new renters arrived.

Family time

Needed a relaxing break & this lovely cottage offered that & plenty more. The area was beautiful at this time of year & offered peace & tranquility, which was much needed. The cottage was outstanding, extremely comfortable & clean, the beds very comfortable, the bath luxurious & showers great, the kitchen has drawers & cupboards filled with "almost" everything you need & plenty of equipment we never even touched - the host is very accommodating. I say almost, because we are not coffee drinkers & a kettle would've been great, however we just boiled water in a saucepan & enjoyed everything else this wonderful cottage offered us.

Great up to date property

This house was great. Everything has been updated. Nice short walk to the beach and the neighbors all seemed very nice. The beach was nice and sandy and not to busy at all.
