Great location for horse events

Centrally located, comfortable beds. Limited stock of kitchen items and some appliances didn’t work but we didn’t cook there so we were able to work around those issues.

Everything We Could Have Hoped

Four of our children, their spouses and their children came to Wellington for our wedding; and we found the perfect place for them to stay...at least "on paper". After arriving, the perfect place became reality. The home was clean, well-prepared, had everything they needed and plenty to occupy the little down time they had. Checking in and out was seamless; and Jennifer was promptly responsive whenever we had questions. Thank you Jennifer and Michael for helping to make our day all that more special. Next time we have a large group, we know where to come. Thank you again!

Not what the listing states

Attempted multiple times throughout the stay to contact property management , owner and VRBO / property is spacious , but not overly clean. backyard needs a lot of work and pool is unusable. Not enough towels , and used towels left in the master bathroom. if this house had some yard maintenance and pool maintenance it would be so much better. TV unusable in one of the family rooms , no power outlet to plug it in. Foosball table with no balls for kids to play.

Disappointing

The location and size of the house are excellent. Pool was not working. Cloudy / dirty. Not enough towels for a 4 bedroom home. Dishwasher broken and filled with dirty smelly water. Sand in two beds. Dirty socks under the bed.

Disaster

Once we walked into the house the saddle on the top stair inside slipped forward and we nearly fell down the 2 stairs. Rugs turned up on corners causing another safety hazard. Toilet in main bath leaked water all over the floor thankfully we were able to fix ourselves but had to clean up the mess, vrbo did not offer anyone to clean up. While cleaning bathroom found huge waterbug that the cleaners apparently overlooked under the plunger. Pool was filthy and only half full, filter not on. No maintenance sent to fix. Dishwasher full of mold we turned on to clean. Mold on sheets in blue room, just disgusting and unhealthy. Also found a half smoked Marijuana cigarette by the pool which we did not dare to touch. The living room table was broken also. We were a group of 50 something year old women renting a house to surprise a friend who lived closeby. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend this house. Please see attached photos. I reached out to say we didnt want to leave a bad review but all i received back was a reminder to take out the garbage, which was already full and disgusting from the previous guests. We left a day early because of this horror show.
