Loved this unit

I had a wonderful visit to Mesa in January. I loved the condo, the neighbors and working with Dominick. He was easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions. I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting Mesa.

Comfortable apartment in 55+ community

The unit was very comfortable and had most everything you would need. The kitchen needed a few things, like serving bowls and dish towels, but I notified the owner and he seemed open to suggestions. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. There was a somewhat steep stairway up to the bedrooms, so I wouldn't recommend to anyone with mobility issues. There was a very small half bath on the main level, under the stairway. The community had a nice club house and heated pool, and was within walking distance from the unit. There was also a golf course. We enjoyed our stay.

We were highly unsatisfied with this rental property.

I had to do hours of cleaning. Carpet dirty & needs to be replaced or cleanedThe tv was not working-owner notified but nothing done. Internet stopped working.I would not rent this property again & I would not recommend it to anyone.

Ideal Location in Mesa, size wise, it is good for 3 adults and is a senior's community.

Great location to suit our golfing holiday and I would consider booking it again. Bathroom sinks need replacing, as we had to juggle the limited bathroom size, however, we were up early, then gone all day golfing. Kitchen was utilized well for meals. Overall a 4 out of 5 for our value!!

Fun at Fountain of the Sun

Everything we needed for our vacation was provided. Plenty of towels even pool towels. Well equipped kitchen for preparing meals. We had a great lunch twice on the patio at Birdies Bar and Grill which is a short walk from the condo. We will be back.

The property was in a safe community and the condo was nice. I enjoyed walking my dog around the community and seeing the ammenities that were offered to the residents. We don't golf and my husband has health issues. We came for spring training and the day we got to Mesa, they cancelled the rest of the season. Since we were unable to enjoy the other opportunites offered due to health issues, we turned around and came home. I spoke to one of the owners about a partial refund, as I had paid for a whole week and we only stayed 2 nights. He said he was unable to help me out. It wasn't his fault that we didn't stay. He did offer a discount should we decide to come back. It was just a disappointing vacation. I'm sure many others were impacted by this virus in many different ways. I'd like to say that the property was nice.

Condo had everything we needed for our stay . In a great location to get to baseball games and golf courses . Pool very close in a nice area . The inside could use some updating and painting but well laid out . We enjoyed our visit there.

The condo fitted what we needed for our trip. It was just my wife and I so it worked for us. For a group of 4 or more this would be too small. From a cleanliness aspect I would give it a 2 out 5 stars. It definitely could have been cleaner. When we arrived we found feminine hygiene items left in a the toilet. Overall I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars. If I plan another trip to the Mesa area I will look for something different than this rental

Nice clean condo which is great for a couple.

The condo had everything we needed. Security at the complex is very strict. Used the pool area almost every day....right out the back door. The complex has great facilities including the fitness centre and library. I would recommend this condo to anyone. The people in the complex were friendly and the area was very quiet.

Well located and secure

The overall property is very secure. Our unit was clean and the kitchen had everything we desired as did the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the linens clean. That said the unit nears time for redecorating. The floor coverings are quite worn and bathroom wall paper peeling a bit. Before you make the choice take a look at the fact that there are several substantial fees charged besides those for the owner of the unit. I thought the cleaning fee and that charged separately by the management company were excessive. Thanks for allowing me these comments.

Dominick was very accomadating.

We asked to keep our luggage in the property early and Dominick responded right away. There was a problem with the electricity one day and he took care of it in a timely manner. The property was as advertised. I would stay there again

Terrific, well located place for a golf vacation

The condo unit was exactly as advertised. We were able to take advantage of an economical breakfast at the golf course restaurant, played a round of golf at the course, shopped at nearby mall and ventured out to a few nice golf courses fro extended rounds. The kin bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Two incredibly minor notes. The master bedroom TV was too low for bifocal viewing, so we stacked the cabinets and set the TV on top. The toilet in the under stair washroom had loose anchor bolts, a 2 minute fix for someone with a wrench. Wonderful unit, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks, Dominick!

Very relaxing

Condo is in quiet retirement community. All the residents we met were very friendly which is nice as the condos are very close to each other. Owner has done a great job making this a comfortable place to stay. New couches, soft towels, comfortable bed, and a kitchen with everything you need to cook dinner. If you're looking for a big new place this isnt for you, but if you want a quiet, comfortable place to land I would recommend this unit.

Nice, quiet Arizona location

Comfortable, met our expectations. Pool is right outside the back door. No one hardly ever uses it, so we had it to ourselves most of the time. Owner was very responsive .

Very well located within Fountain of the Sun complex.

The townhome was exactly as described by VRBO. Kitchen in particular was well equipped with everything you might need. The bedrooms are both on the 2nd floor of the townhouse. It's location near to the swimming pool and all the activities at the club house was an asset.

The condo is centrally located in Mesa, close to shopping and a short drive from the new Spring Training home of the Cubs. The condo has everything needed for a vacation getaway and it was great to be so close to the pool.

Neat and clean, well maintained property.

Owner provided good customer service , my families stay was enjoyable, would recommend to other family and friends. Recommend that the over carpet in the living be secured more to the floor or removed as it really can be a tripping hazard. Seems to buckle a lot around the couch and edge, etc. Otherwise, no other problems.

Central location - lots to do!

My husband and I were very happy with this condo. We found it to be a central point with lots of places to go as it is close to the Interstate 10 making it accessible for site seeing. Any issues, they were attended to quickly. Nice area and friendly people in the complex. Can't wait to come back!

Had a pleasant stay. One problem was at security gate. But Dom the owner fixed fast. Nice location on golf course. Beautiful grounds.condo was very vice but not fancy.
