The Hidden Gem - 2BR Basement Apartment on 7 Acres

Open the door and step into the open-concept living room with built-in electric fireplace and plenty of seating. Enjoy a family movie night streaming your favorite movie or show on the 50" Roku TV mounted just above the fireplace.

A snack or drink is just steps away in the full kitchen stocked with all the pots, pans, cutlery, and small appliances you need to cook a 5-course meal. The refrigerator is supplied by a reverse-osmosis water filtering system so you can skip the bottled water. If you're staying for a while you'll enjoy having a pantry to keep your food in. A Keurig coffee bar is provided for your convenience.

The main bedroom has a king bed and it's own Roku TV so you can enjoy a show,
movie, or YouTube video as you wind down for a good night of rest on the memory foam mattress. There's plenty of space for all your clothes with a dresser as well as a walk-in closet. A large desk is also available for working so you can take that vacation-interrupting zoom meeting in peace. And you won't have to worry about connection issues with gigabit fiber-optic internet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and smart tv of its own. If you have little ones there is also a pack-n-play and a high-chair in the closet.

The oversized bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels and wash clothes as well as a hair dryer and first-aid kit just in case.

A top-of-the-line front-load washer and dryer means you can return home without a bunch of laundry to do, and the steam settings ensure that if you have an event to attend that you don't have to worry about wrinkles.

If you enjoy the outdoors, you'll love taking a walk around the 7 acre property, about a third of which is forest.

Perfect location and size

This was the perfect location for a few of us friends visiting town for another friends wedding. The place was extremely clean, stocked with snacks and toiletries, beautifully decorated, and easy to access! Highly recommend!

Great Stay

This VRBO has a great open floor plan with amazing amenities. It was clean and the amount of towels afforded was superb. We will stay again shoukd we ever find ourselves in St. Louis.

Amazing Place To Stay!

Wow, what a nice place! We were in the area for a conference and were so pleased with our stay. The property is very easy to find, apartment looks just like all of the photos, it was very clean and felt like home! The host communication was great and the whole process was super easy! There were lots of fun snacks too! Next time we are in the area we know that we will be staying at the Hidden Gem!

Beautiful, quiet, modern, clean. Everything needed to cook, appliances excellent. Wished we could have stayed longer. Beds comfortable. Just a perfectly maintained home away from home. Far enough from all the hubbub of St Louis & environs but a short enough drive to get into town. I'll say again- beautiful, quiet, modern & clean.

Hidden Gem Stay

What a wonderful experience. The place was clean and SO WELL STOCKED! A pack n play and high chair for the little one and even snacks for us just because it was Valentine’s Day weekend. We stayed here for our son’s wrestling camp weekend and it was so close. Would recommend again and again!

Fantastic St Louis Area Stay!

Property worked absolutely perfect for my wife and three children. Location was private enough to have your own space but still very close to everything we were there to do. View from patio looks out to the timber and gives you a secluded feel. Property has everything you need and a lot of items you wouldn’t even think of. Children were kept in mind with the set up as well. Everything worked as it should and very very neat and clean.

Perfect for our needs & SOOOO clean

We were at a competition at the National Equestrian Center in Lake St. Louis and this was the perfect place for us to rest after long days at the barn. It was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and relaxing, and everything was so fully stocked. Our only issue was with the WiFi connection. It was weak and we couldn't always get on when we wanted, but we were so tired it didn't really matter too much.
