Your communication with me throughout the week was so valuable. It is so helpful to get feedback so that any issues that arise can be dealt with early. You were a great guest. Thank you.

Thank you kindly for leaving your review and for choosing us as your family vacation. Happy you enjoyed the space, each other and the town of Cape May. All the best to you.

Hello Kateri, It was such a pleasure to deal with you. 30 years coming to Cape May? Wow! It is especially nice to hear that you enjoyed the home even more. As someone who has been coming for 30 years, you and your family have probably stayed at many places and to have enjoyed this home makes us feel great. I too hope that you book with us again in the future. Enoy the rest of your summer. :)

Karen, thank you so much for your review and for giving Breezes of the Sea a try. I appreciate the mention of the baths and kitchens because we designed them ourselves and it is not something I do normally. It was really nice dealing with you and I hope to have the opportunity again. Enjoy the fall season. :)

Thank you kindly for staying at the home. Unfortunately after years of renting this home and paying for many damages, I have had to put fines in place to protect the home. I have had cigarette burns on a brand new kitchen table, a whole window was broken, missing items (too many to list), furniture destroyed, etc. I always say, if an item breaks, please let me know and if it an easy fix, I do not charge, in fact I have only had to charge a guest perhaps 3 or 4 times in 20 years. Normal wear and tear is perfectly fine and expected but not abuse of a home which fortunately 97% of my guests are wonderful, pleasant to deal with and careful, these fines are for the 3%. My intent is not to intimidate but rather to make the guest aware before there is an issue. I am thrilled that you found me responsive and loved the home and location as that is what vacation is all about.

Holly, thank you for being a wonderful guest before, during and after your stay. I hope that you and your guests made wonderful memories here. I look forward to having you as a guest again in the future. Happy Fall.

I thank you so much for you wonderful review. I know you came from very far away and so honored you chose this home to spend your vacation in the states. All the best.

I hope you will be. You are always such a pleasure to deal with. Enjoy the rest of summer. :)

We are thrilled you had a great vacation and enjoyed the home. It was really hot out the days you went, on those days, I like to enjoy the porch, not an AC lady but many are. :) I'm sorry there were no weeks left, we were booked mid summer, but I hope to deal with you again another year. You were easy to correspond with. Enjoy what's left of summer.

Katelyn, thank you for leaving your wonderful comments here. It means alot to have anyone take time from their busy life to do this. Also, thank you for staying here and being the great guest that you were. We truly appreciate it. Enjoy the rest of your summer.

And you are gem to deal with. We appreciate you returning every year. So glad you had another great stay! Enjoy the rest of your summer. :)

Thank you Brian for your review. You were absolutely great to deal with. I hope you and your guests made lifelong memories at Breezes From The Sea. We hope you will come back. Enjoy the few days left of summer. :)

James, thank you kindly for taking the time to write your wonderful review. You were great to deal with and when there was that thermostat issue, you were so nice. You enjoyed the home as it is intended to be enjoyed . Also glad you enjoyed the updates, a big reward for us is when guests come in and are met with areas that have been updated and love the work we put into it. I wish you a wonderful fall. :)

Judy, thank you for taking the time to review our home. It brings us great joy to know that family and friends come and have a wonderful time here. Ebbitt Room is one of my absolute favorite restaurants here as well (although there are many.). We hope to update the other 2 baths that need updating this coming season if we can. All the best to you and kindest regards.
