Beautiful view of the bay

Clean and conveniently located condo with beautiful view! Had everything we needed to enjoy our week at the beach. Checking in and out was also extremely easy.

OC vacay

Loved everything but the unit was a bit dirty and cluttered with decorations. Bedding, curtains, etc needs updating. Sliding bathroom door did not close entirely which was a little awkward. Loved the size of the unit, balcony, view, pool, access to restaurants, and shopping.

Won’t be back

The quilts on beds and pillows have not been washed in who knows how long. The bunk bed in second room squeaked every time someone moved. The bottom bed was just a piece of foam on top of mattress. My back is on fire. There is what looks like mold on ceiling in main bedroom and the pillows are all stained. No extra trash bags and hand soap in bathroom had about 3 pumps left. Location was amazing but beds need some serious updating. Definitely won’t be booking again for our yearly visit.

Perfect week

I went with my kids & their friends. The condo was perfect. I slept on the pull out couch 1 night and couldn’t believe how comfortable it was. The pool was beautiful & peaceful. The only issue was the guard on the upper bunk was loose but we weren’t using that bed so it wasn’t really an issue for us. Everyone had a great time! Thank you!

Family getaway

We had a great time, very convenient location. One block away from beach! Beautiful Sunsets on porch, walking distance to Bad Monkey and Wawa is right behind the location in case you need anything.

Beware of Owner Crashing your Vacation !!

We arrived late Thursday hungry and ready to unpack to find out the owner was in his unit we rented. After countless banging in the door they decided to stay inside and hide out until we had to call management. They did a great job at Coastal Real Estate and quickly put us up in another unit which was a much better location. Be careful when booking this unit. You might not get inside !!!

I loved the location even though we had to drive to the boardwalk.

Very nice property, wasn't very clean, i'm guessing because of the end of summer. Carpets were dirty and kitchen floor stained, coffee pot broke. Ceiling grates falling out and vertial blinds on the floor. I still enjoyed our stay.

Adorable and comfortable condo with a beautiful bay view!

It was pleasure to stay at unit 107 of "oasis on the bay". Clean condo, with everything there we were need it. Awesome view from a balcony, and lovely pool! Children loved this place!
