Check in process wasn’t the greatest. Got told by management group early check in was available to call the day of check in and they could let me know. I spoke to them around 12-1 and asked and they said they would call me back and never did. Property had door open and was ready around 2-230 when we arrived but never got a phone call like they said. Had issues with the door not locking and spoke with them again and they said they’ll ask the maintenance guy who works for them to call back which again they didn’t, it took me calling for an update for her to say she’ll send the him to show me. Only other issue I had was not every room had a window AC unit and the cottage holds heat and gets very hot and humid. Spoke with owner and we moved the window unit into bedroom but having on in living room as well would have helped a lot. That being said none of this was the end of the word and was super easy to deal with and everything else was perfect. Beach was amazing and the location is amazing. 100% would recommend this place to someone and the town is super small quiet and beautiful. One of my best vacations I’ve had, no one here is rude I swear.
