The Space:

As you arrive at the property, you’ll take in the expansive front porch and entry welcoming you to your home away from home. This spacious 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom newly built home comfortably sleeps up to 14 people. Each bedroom has been named after a city in the Lone Star State and uniquely styled with vibrant colors, whimsical touches, and a blend of old and new designs. The rest of the home is elegantly styled with a fusion of antique character, rustic charm, and modern luxury throughout! There’s plenty of playful and interesting details that invoke a feeling of joy, serenity, and creativity.

Bedroom 5: The Bunk Room

-NOTE : The bunk room is not directly accessed from inside the house, it is accessed from back patio

- 2 queen sized beds and 2 overhead twin bunk beds with luxurious linens

- In-room wet bar with a beverage fridge

- This room perfect for little ones and sleeps up to 6 people

- Bunk room is accessed from the back porch. Bunk room is not directly attached to the main house.

- The en-suite bath features a full bathtub and shower for easy bath time



The Great Room:

- Comfortable conversation area for relaxing and catching up

- Professional-style kitchen fully equipped to prepare a delicious meal

- Coffee bar and large kitchen island with barstool seating for six.

- Ninja drip coffee maker and kcup coffee maker



Game Room & Bar:

- Features a pool table, flat-screen TVs, and table games for entertainment

- Ice maker is located in the bar

- The room features plush couches, Texas décor, and a place to relax and unwind. The “Liquid Therapy” bar has barstool seating for six and a 6-seat poker table is perfect for playing card games and dominoes.



There’s lots to do outdoors on the property including:

- Take a refreshing dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub

- Pool heating will cost extra. Please inquire before booking for the current rates.

- Grill up some delicious meals on the outdoor BBQ

- Relax at one of the comfy seating areas outside and enjoy an ice cold drink

- Play bocce ball

- Hiking & walking trails

- Fishing in the pond! Catch (and release) bass, crappie, and bluegill! (Bring your own poles)



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the property and its amenities.



The Neighborhood:

You will be just a few minutes outside of the closest town, Fayetteville. Here you will find a charming and historic small town with a welcoming energy, surrounded by countryside and farmland. Immerse yourself in well-preserved historic southern architecture, quaint shops, warm hospitality, and local cuisine, while exploring nearby attractions like Lake Fayette and antique shows in Warrenton and Round Top. Whether it's fishing, checking out the local tourism and history, or browsing the shops, Fayetteville and its surrounding communities promise an enchanting Texan experience.



Getting Around:

Parking is available onsite. From the property you can easily drive to the nearby towns:

Fayetteville - 6 minutes

Warrenton - 16 minutes

Round Top - 17 minutes



You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

*Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. 



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- Must be over 25 to rent this home & agree to all the house rules.

- The bunk room is not directly accessed from inside the house, it is accessed from back patio.

- Pool: is NOT fenced. Please consider this when booking with children.

- Experience deer sightings around the property and at the feeder close to the house. Shooting or hunting is strictly prohibited.



-When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $79 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.



- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



*For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house facing the pool. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
