The bedroom is a great retreat after a day on the slopes or exploring the Newry area! Your choice of the comfy king bed or the twin over queen bunk!
(Additional sleeping space on sleeper sofa in living room)

Equipped with essentials this bathroom has a walk in shower to freshen up after a day on the slopes. There are also showers available in the pool area if needed just don’t forget to grab a towel!

☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING, LIVING ROOM ☆☆
The fully furnished kitchen may be small but we have your basics covered to make your stay easy! You can heat up a quick bite in the microwave, cook your favorite meal in the oven, have that morning cup of coffee, and store groceries for your stay in the fridge and freezer!

The stylish living features a smart TV and a comfy couch which doubles as a sleeper sofa! A wonderful place to kick up your feet at the end of the day!

Unbeatable slope-side location just off the bunny trail of Sunday River Ski Resort!

The common areas at the condo include a communal indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. There is also a common room with a fireplace, perfect to cozy up with a book!

Note: The pool and common rooms are open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday (closed on Tuesdays). On Fridays and Saturdays, they are open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

You will also have access to ski storage and coin laundry on site!

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
