Nestled in the heart of the South Ridge base area at Sunday River, Sunrise Condominiums offer an ideal location for ski enthusiasts. With 63 ski-in/ski-out units ranging from one to three bedrooms, the complex caters to groups of various sizes. Each unit is privately owned, resulting in slight variations in layout and amenities. The close proximity to the South Peak area provides easy access to restaurants, equipment rentals, and ski school facilities. Guests can conveniently access the resort's offerings via the Chondola or the Sunday River Express lifts. After a day of adventure on the slopes, residents can relax and unwind in the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna provided within the complex. Additionally, the convenient location makes it perfect for those interested in night skiing and riding.

Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

It cannot be overstated that this property is true ski on ski off with about 10 feet of pavement between the ski locker door and the slope.Here are all the pluses: The beds and sheets are very comfortable. The shades do a good job of darkening the room. There were ample pots and pans and silverware. The fridge/freezer had an icemaker! The couches were very comfortable. Kudos to the owner for a premium cable experience (we had access to all of the "odd" channels, like rugby, redbull, in addition to all of the favorites. The king bedroom downstairs had an excellent book library. The pool and jacuzzi (and sauna) in the common space were lovely and welcome after a long day of skiing, and parking was a breeze. There were plenty of options in the bedrooms for charging.The minuses...but know this did not materially detract from the stay: The towels were a little skimpy; some of the pans were not cleaned well; no starter tinfoil; the thermostats are not accurate, so you just need to put it to 60 and the entire place heats up nicely, and no hooks for ski helmets or jackets, so all gear had to be stored in the bedrooms.Overall, the minus didn't warrant any downward adjustment in stars. We would rebook without pause (but would bring tinfoil!).

The unit was a good size with 3 bedrooms.It was clean and well equipped. We will be back next year.

Lots of room and convenient ski location

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay at the Sunrise condos at Sunday River. This unit has plenty of space to accommodate a large family or a group. The unit itself is of a certain time and has been well loved, but everything we used was in working order. The kitchen area has been updated. We enjoyed the ski storage area and the unit was convenient to the main base. My kids enjoyed all of the books that the unit had and thought the bunk bed room was great. Overall a good, comfortable stay.
