Lots of space for a big family reunion, privacy, HEATED pool

Let a big family have a great vacation. The house has two separate bedroom+bahtroom suites with exits to the deck, six more bedrooms, four full bathrooms, lots of family space on two levels, newer fully stocked kitchen, wet bar with wine cooler. Tankless water heater lets everybody take showers at the same time. Two car garage plus plenty of parking space on the driveway (at least 4 cars) and on the curb.
Private fenced backyard with large heated swimming pool and a bbq area. Main floor is fully accessible, there's ramp going in, two of the bathrooms have walk-in showers, we have a nice walker you can use and an accessible toilet seat rails to put on top of the regular toilet.
Close to several beaches and a lake with a nice walking trail. Another walking trail begins right next to the property.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house is great for a group. The dining table fit all 12 of us and the bedrooms were comfy and clean. The pool was great to have as an alternative to getting a big group to the beach. Also it was accessible for a wheelchair user.

Perfect described this Home. 12 adults, a child, and 4 dogs and we all had plenty of room to spread out. The large heated pool was great. 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is tough to find. Great place to set up the perfect Cape Cod vacation. Thanks so much Peter.

We have been renting at the cape for over 20 years. It sometimes can be a challenge as it is usually a family vacation. We had 9 adults and 4 children and this location was perfect. From the many bathrooms and bedrooms to the multiple decks to include an enclosed one .. and the in ground pool with a slide AND diving board kept everyone entertained to the point where we only spent 1 day at the beach! Peter is an excellent host who is always available. I highly recommend this rental.

Excellent property for family reunion. Pool, 2 decks, enclosed porch outdoors, plenty of seating and tables. Inside; 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, huge dining table for large group! Plenty of sitting areas/living spaces for relaxing, tv, family games. Kitchen well-appointed. Host excellent response time and accommodating! Highly recommend this property if you have mixed-age families, privacy within up and downstairs, excellent overall living space! Thank you Peter.

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home! There was plenty of room for our large family and the kids had a great time on the slide and diving board! There was a small issue with the garbage removal but the host was great with communicating about it (he told us about it ahead of time, it was apparently a mechanical issue with the removal service) and the issue was resolved. This host was very friendly and did a really good job of making sure we were comfortable there. Thank you for a great trip Peter!

The pictures didn't do the property justice. For our five couples, the house had plenty of space and a lot of privacy, The seating areas allowed us to be comfortable both together and alone. We hosted a rehearsal dinner on the day we checked in and the owner allowed us early check in which we appreciated. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil we could ever need. Most of all, the pool was pristine, warm, fun and there were plenty of pool chairs, toys, tables for everyone. The one drawback was the presence of HUGE TV's which we might have to splurge on back home. Of all the VRBOs we've had over the years, in the Outer Banks, Lake Winnipesaukee, Connecticut shore, outer cape, Lake Champlain, this was one of the very best. You won't be disappointed!

Enough bedrooms to suit our family. We had lovely weather to enjoy the pool. Plenty of room to park all our cars. And conveniently located near grocery stores and beaches.

Plenty of room. Had 8 bedrooms and lots of outdoor seating. Very nice house. The only downfall was there was only 1 bathroom for downstairs with 4 bedrooms.

This property was perfect for the little kids and adults. Plenty of room to spread out and being at the end of a cul-de-sac gives you so much privacy. The heated pool was amazing and its perfectly lit for night swimming. Beds were super comfortable. The only thing i would say is there are only two tvs and they are on the main level it wouldve been nice to have one on the lower level, especially since there are two living areas downstairs. Over all i woild highly recommend.

A great house for large groups!

We stayed with a large group of adults and kids ranging from 7-14 years old. The rooms were divided well and we were able to let the kids have the lower level while the adults stayed upstairs. This allowed the kids to keep their fun (and noise) separate so everyone enjoyed their time. We spent lots of time outside around the awesome pool and playing games at the large table. Note: the table is different from what is shown in the photos, as are several things. But overall the property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was well stocked with kitchen items and recreational items. Highly recommend!

The house is ideal for a large group of people. There is plenty of space to spread out and plenty of space to be together. The kitchen table easily seats 10. The two outdoor decks connected by the sunroom were enjoyed by everyone. The pool and fenced in yard made us feel like we were on vacation 24/7. The location is central to many attractions, with only a 15 minute drive to Craigville Beach and less than 25 minutes through Hyannis. Peter, our host, was very responsive to any concerns we had. Also, the house is handicapped accessible and equipped with a number of items to support mobility issues. We were incredibly grateful for that!

What a wonderful family reunion we had at this home on Cape Cod! There was ample room for all 15 of us to sleep and even to share meals. There were several rooms where we could sit around and talk, including an all season room which looked out over the pool. The very private heated pool, which was well lit at night, was great fun for everyone. We swam, played games, flew down the slide, and there may have been a little skinny dipping from time to time. Just maybe. The location of the home was perfect for exploring other parts of the Cape as well. An enormous supermarket was nearby, not to mention a couple of excellent ice cream shops to enjoy. Also, we found a great fish store in Osterville and were able to order lobster, clams, and other fresh fish, which they cooked and prepared for us. Our host, Peter, was terrific, easy to contact, and very helpful whenever we had questions. I’ve found that homes have different personalities. If that’s true, we found this home to be warm, friendly and inviting. I like to think that we left a lot of love behind for other guests to enjoy.
