Hi, my name is Domenica! As a host I find great joy in creating spaces where people can relax, unwind and make lasting memories.

I was raised by my grandmother, and while we didn’t have the means to travel or take vacations growing up, those early experiences shaped how deeply I value the joy of getting away. As an adult, being able to host short‑term rentals has become incredibly meaningful to me. Knowing that I can help others create the kinds of memories I once dreamed of gives me a true sense of fulfillment.

I take great pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable space where guests can feel completely at ease—like a home away from home. Hosting isn’t just a business for me; it’s a passion. It allows me to share warmth, spread happiness, and play a small part in the special moments people experience while traveling.

The first time I visited Puerto Rico, I was completely in awe. The island’s beauty—from its breathtaking beaches and lush mountains to its incredible food, vibrant culture, and warm, welcoming people—felt like love at first sight. Even though I live in Florida, where many consider it “paradise,” Puerto Rico truly feels like the ultimate paradise to me.

I chose Luquillo in particular because it offers the best of everything in one place. In my opinion, it has some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, and it sits right at the doorstep of El Yunque, the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. National Forest System. It’s also just a short ferry ride to Culebra and Vieques—two of the most stunning islands you’ll ever see. And with San Juan only about 30 minutes away, you get easy access to the city while still enjoying a peaceful, laid‑back coastal town.

For me, Luquillo is the perfect location with endless things to do, and sharing that experience with guests is something I truly love.

What makes this property truly unique is the combination of comfort, safety, and community it offers. Located inside a gated neighborhood with 24‑hour security, it gives guests a strong sense of peace and privacy from the moment they arrive. The community itself is full of amenities that create a genuine family‑friendly atmosphere—a beautiful pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and even a playground for kids.

🏖️The direct beach access is one of the biggest highlights, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime without having to drive. And back at the property, the large outdoor patio is a guest favorite. With plenty of space to relax and hammocks that invite you to unwind, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy the breeze, read a book, or simply take in the quiet.
