We loved the place. Balcony is a bit small and the place is somewhat tired but nothing a coat of paint could not fix. Great location and Todd was very commutative. Would highly recommend staying there

Great place with expansive views of the ocean, just a minute’s walk from the beach. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean, with restaurants and a gourmet market within blocks. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property! The home was clean, spacious, and just a short walk to the beach, which made it perfect for our family.One of our favorite features was that the host provided everything we needed for a beach day, including beach toys for the kids, boogie boards, chairs, and towels. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.The views were absolutely beautiful—we loved watching both the sunrise and the sunset each day. Having a dedicated parking spot was another huge bonus, especially in a beach town.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would happily come back again!

Loved this place! The views are amazing and the sound of the ocean is so relaxing. The house is clean and well appointed, especially the kitchen. We had a fantastic weekend here and definitely will be back. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful apt with incredible views of the ocean and skyline and shoreline. It is very close to the beach and the host generously provides chairs and some beach boards. There is garage parking for one vehicle and potential street parking. The home has everything for meal preparation. Beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans and a stand up fan are provided. There is not central AC, which we knew, and in August made it quite warm. Overall it was a wonderful stay in a great area, with clean and comfortable accommodations, and close to everything you would want to do!

Outstanding views and good location. The neighborhood was quiet and good access to the beach. Kitchen had all the essentials and the garage parking was convenient. The host was responsive and the check-in and check-out were easy. Great place for a family trip in Manhattan Beach!
