Well appointed, convenient location, great for pets

Enjoyed our stay (4 days). Clean with own entrance, parking, and nice kitchen. Ground floor was excellent for our 50 lb special needs dog. Hosted two dinners with friends (groups of 6 and 7 people) easily. Hosts were very attentive and helpful. Dog park nearby plus short walking distance to Lincoln Park, H Street corridor, and Barracks Row.

Unfortunately this wasn't a great stay. The AC is not able to be controlled from the unit. We did, however, send a message and it was adjusted when they were able. We were left with only 3 bath towels and 1 hand towel for a 5 day stay. We asked twice for more towels, but they were never provided. Also, no W/D so we couldnt clean the ones we were given. The property was dirty, especially the floor and some furniture. We had small bugs consistently crawling on the floor. The bath door is misaligned so was difficult to close and the shower handle kept falling off. The living room furniture doesn't face the TV and the TV mount is not on a swivel; we had to rearrange to be able to see the TV. It could be a decent stay with attention to detail and some more effort.
