Small apartment in DC just northeast of the Capital Building and close to the Union Station for trains. Location is excellent. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. 3 flights of stairs and smaller space, but works for 2 people. I recommend using the rentable scooters or bikes to save money over using taxis or rideshare because of cost and DC traffic.

Just a few blocks from Union station this was the perfect home base for a visit to our capital. Friendly responsive hosts helped navigate when needed. We hope to get back soon and we'll definitely try to stay here again.

I stayed 6 nights. This is a comfortable, safe, clean apartment. The host was very responsive to my questions & requests. The double bed is very comfortable and rain shower head has great water pressure. The location is fantastic in the Capitol. Metro is a few short blocks away. The Urban kitchen across the street is fabulous- sandwiches, coffee & more. Grocery stores a few blocks away on H street. The unit I stayed at was on the 3 rd floor so ability to handle steps is required. I will put this on the top of my list for my next DC trip. Thank you , Luis & team.

Just as described. Property is super clean and modern. Host communicated great! Location is ideal for any type of stay in D.C. HIGHLY recommend and I will look this place up again when I return. 10/10

Poor amenities — no toilet paper on arrival, weak WiFi signal, scant soap supplies and towels, a chipped dish, only one trash bag, no stopper in the bathroom sink. Bathroom door doesn’t close properly, blind has broken slats that need replacing. TV built for smartcasting, but without a strong WiFi virtually useless. Instructions for checkout say put dishes in dishwasher, an odd request since there is no dishwasher. Security issues: front door does not lock automatically — clearly other tenants did not realize this. Back door was open the entire time. Nearest coin laundry half a mile away.

We were surprised by this review, as we reached out multiple times during your stay to confirm everything was going well and offer assistance, but we did not receive any response. Many of the items mentioned could have been addressed immediately had we been notified. We take guest experience seriously, and after your departure our team inspected the unit and resolved the minor maintenance items you noted. We continuously restock supplies and verify the condition of amenities before each check-in, and we encourage guests to communicate any concerns in real time so we can help make their stay more comfortable. We remain committed to providing a clean, safe, and well-maintained space for all future guests.
