Relax with the whole family at this fresh and fun 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath beach house with a loft that has two twin beds located on the quiet west end of Sanibel Island. Tucked in and surrounded by beautiful sea grapes and palm trees you'll feel like its your own private oasis. With only a two minute stroll to one of the quietest beaches on the island you're sure to enjoy nightly sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. You couldn't ask for a better slice of paradise.
The space
Entire house is completely renovated with custom made updated furnishings and details.

Main floor:
Open concept family room, dining area, kitchen island with seating.
Our family room features a large Inside Weather Bondi sofa with chaise and two chairs and a 55" TV.
A large slider completely opens across the front of house onto the front screened in porch/lanai which is home to a custom made swing, outside dining table and 6 chairs.
The dining room has a special conversation piece. Our very own sand dollar table! Our family project from sand dollars we found on our beach when hurricane Idalia passed by.
Our kitchen is completely stocked with all the essentials to cook meals for the entire family including all new appliances and a garbage disposal.
All bedrooms have a full bath! A half bath is conveniently located just off the family room on the main level.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king bed and has a full bath with shower. This room has sliders that exit onto the front porch/lanai area and has a 55" TV.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen bed and has a full bath with a tub/shower.
The laundry is located on the main level and is equipped with new front load washer and dryer.

Second floor:
At the top of the steps you will find a loft area that becomes a lounging area for the upstairs bedroom when there is 6 or less guests. The loft (bedroom4) has its own coffee bar with mini fridge. If this area is needed for guests it can sleep 2. (Twin beds) The loft has a large slider opening onto a balcony area. It has its own closet but is a semi private area.
Bedroom 3 is furnished with a king bed and a full bath with shower. This bathroom is uniquely designed to be a part of the bedroom or allow access from the loft area without entering the bedroom when extra guests stay. There is also a large slider in this room opening onto a balcony area with treetop views.
Down under:
This fun area is equipped with plenty of hammocks/swings for relaxing.
In the storage room you will find many items to make your stay more enjoyable. Including corn hole boards, bicycles, beach wagon, shibumi sun shade, beach chairs, shell baskets, floats, 2 kayaks, and a stand up paddle board.
A propane grill is provided. Please refill the tank at the end of your stay.
Guest access
Guest will have full access and use of everything inside and outside the house except locked owners closets.
