This 3000 sq..ft home with open floor plan is great for relaxing and entertaining. Spacious kitchen, living room, family room, and dining area. 4 bedrooms are located upstairs: Master bedroom with private bathroom and sitting area and a 65” Tv, 2nd bedroom with Full size bed and sitting area and 58”Tv, 3rd bedroom with a twin loft bed 4th bedroom with Full size bed. 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom on the main floor also a full sofa pull out. Sleeps 11 total. Champion’s Retreat and Bartram golf course are located less than 5 minutes away. Large 3 car driveway. Easy access to highways, restaurants, shopping and amenities.
