Ce condo de 2 Ă©tages, 4 chambres Ă  coucher, 3 salles de bain complĂštes est idĂ©alement situĂ© dans le complexe de condominiums Snowbrook. Le condo est situĂ© hors du tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge snubber vous donnant la possibilitĂ© de faire du ski ou de sortir. La navette s’arrĂȘte Ă©galement au coin de la rue toutes les demi-heures avec des itinĂ©raires directs vers le pavillon de base, le restaurant The Rack et le centre Anti-Gravity. Et ce n'est pas ça! Vous avez Ă©galement accĂšs Ă  la piscine intĂ©rieure, au sauna, aux bains Ă  remous et Ă  la salle de jeux de la copropriĂ©tĂ© situĂ©e Ă  distance de marche!

La disposition des 2 étages du condo vous donne la possibilité de dormir et de vous détendre confortablement. Beaucoup de place pour vous et votre famille / amis pour se détendre et s'amuser. Il y a une cuisine complÚte et une cheminée à gaz. Le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain sont également fournis.

Ne vous y trompez pas: ce condo n’est pas seulement un lieu d’hiver, mais aussi une attraction estivale. Vous pouvez passer du temps Ă  jouer au golf, au VTT, Ă  la randonnĂ©e, Ă  la tyrolienne, aux excursions en bateau ponton, aux excursions Ă  l'orignal et Ă  une promenade en tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge. Cozy condo with lots of space!

We loved our stay! Condo was well equipped with anything that we might need. It was far more spacious than we expected — would gladly stay there again.

Super Clean! Don't hesitate to choose this place!

What a great place! Loved the layout of the 4 bedrooms. Appreciated the organization of everything and how clean and well stocked the paper products and towels were. We easily walked across parking lot to lift and even though late in season still enough snow to ski back! Fireplace was lovely.

Classic Ski on Ski Off

We have friends who live in the same condo community, so it was a very easy decision to make to rent this spot. This space was big enough for a group with multiple couples and one solo wheel, no issues at all. Very easy to get to the chairlift, just a short walk across the parking lot. The pool/sauna area was a bit confusing to utilize, but the host got back to me very quickly and we were able to enjoy a nice soak after our day skiing. A very successful reggaefest despite the rain, can't wait til next year!

Sugarloaf mountain

We really enjoyed a repeat stay at this condo. Sugarloaf team had us skiing on some of our favorite trails despite the challenges from Mother Nature. We love cooking in the well appointed kitchen and the ski in/ ski out location.

Wonderful ski in / ski out

This condo couldn't be any better! It is very roomy, super cozy, well appointed, it's in a great location and I'd love to rent it again. There is plenty of room for everyone, the beds were amazing and the big couch and fireplace were wonderful after full days of skiing. The location is a short walk to the lift and a fun ski back at the end of the day. The only negative was the fact that we couldn't stay for longer! I'd love to go back for another stay. Lauren was super responsive which made the visit even better. This condo is a two-thumbs-up!

Cozy School Ski Trip

This is a wonderful condo! Very easily accessible and comfortable, this condo made a ski trip with a school easy. It has access to a pool, which was great for kids. It’s ski-in/ski-out, which makes coming home from a day of skiing easy. Lastly, Lauren is very knowledgeable about the area and communicative.

This is a fantastic property right off of Snubber chairlift that comfortably fit our two families of four during a ski weekend. The condo was very clean and Lauren was very prompt and responsive. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Friends Ski Weekend

Sugarloaf is a magical place. Depending on where you stay, you park your car when you get here and then you don’t touch it until you leave. This condo is one of those places, ski-on/ski-off with a 2 minutes walk to the lift/from the trail. 4 bedrooms were perfect and would 100% stay here again if/when we go back to Sugarloaf.

Sugarloaf Condo

We loved our time at Sugarloaf and our Condo. It was our first ski in ski out rental and it was wonderful. We loved the Snubber lift experience and the condo offered all the comforts necessary after a day on the slopes. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Ski Condo

This property is in a fabulous location, just a short walk to a lift for the best ski in/ski out experience. There was plenty of space for our 2 families of 4. The condo had what we needed and was clean and had a decent layout. The only issue is that there isn’t a dedicated dining area. More an island half in the kitchen, half in the family room that had plenty of stools. For us it was totally fine, though. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Ski weekend

The property was clean and fully stocked with all the cookware one would need. Lauren was responsive and easy to work with. Location is easy for ski in and out. The living space and eating area is somewhat small for a group of 8, but fine for a weekend.

Hello, I am Lauren. I reside in Philadelphia, but have a strong love for my home state of Maine. I enjoy spending time between Maine beaches, Sugarloaf Mountain, and my home. I keep active by exploring the city, hiking, skiing, boating, going to the beach, and traveling.

I’ve been a vacation rental owner since 2012 and currently have two rental properties. The first being at Pine Point Beach in Scarborough, Maine. A cozy coastal community with beach access, delicious restaurants, and fun activities for all ages. The second property is a ski in/out condo at Sugarloaf Mountain in Carrabassett Valley, Maine with gorgeous views of the mountain and fun filled year-round activities. It's perfect for a ski getaway in the winter or hiking/golfing/lake in the summer.

Myself along with my Property Manager, Jane (Mom), strive to make these properties your home away from home. We promise to provide an immaculately clean rental with a welcoming feel.
